hey hubspot!    Our team is finally getting better at note taking.    Problem is when they paste things into the note from an external email or webpage it's formatting is by default kept and all jacked up.    I can try to train them on how to Paste without formatting but I would love it if there was something you could do on your end to make any text with some kind of formatting plain text when reps paste it into a note body. .  ...read more

Would be really neat to see hubspot roll out an integrated AI summary based on activities and allow adims to configure it to group by week/month/year and live on the overview tab.   One of the issues we're running into is we have lots of notes and lots of emails. would be great to summarize the activity feed in a consumable way:    Jun 22- Sally reached back out to us and booked a meeting ....No activity beween march and june... HubSpot needs to implement a Collapsible Tree element to all areas that have a history.  For instance, in a ticket, a contact Card, etc.  If I am looking for a conversation that took place four months ago, as things are now I have to scroll down forever, waiting for HubSpot to pull up the older conversations so I can scroll past them.    It would be very useful if I could just collapse May, April, March, February, etc to get to January and scroll through those.  Expanding that idea also to years would be great.    ...read more

We strongly require the ability to turn off the automatic association of Outlook emails to objects associated with the contact in HubSpot.    Ideally, we want to be able to log emails form Outlook to the contact record only, then we manually associate the email correspondence to objects that are applicable to the email thread.   Currently, when emails are getting into HubSpot via "Reply All" from Outlook (utilizing the HubSpot BCC), the email doesn't just get associated with the contact records, but also many other objects (services tickets, deals) that the contacts are associated with.   We are seeing A LOT of emails getting put on service tickets that they have nothing to do with, crowding up the ticket timline.  Even more problematic is unrelated email correspondences are opening tickets that have been previously closed.  But an unrelated email correspondence is being logged to the ticket, reopening it.  This is causing our support ticket pipeline to be littered with previously closed tickets that should not have been reopened. ...read more

Feature Request   Requesting an option to set a default font type, size and colour for all notes created within my CRM.    You can change the font of your CRM emails and marketing emails and it would be great if a similar feature could be implemented for the notes tool. ...read more

Id LOVE to be able to create checklists in my snippets.     In sales, there's quite a few things I need to check off with each deal and they might not correlate to a certain deal stage in the pipeline.  I know I can just create tasks.  But a simple checklist of to dos that lives inside of each deal could be great....   ...read more
