This is a huge issue and there seems to be no reason for it.  It is impossible to Delete or Void an invoice after a certain point.  If an invoice is accidentally marked paid it's locked.  You can't delete it, void it or unassociate it, so it is just permanently **bleep** up.  This is unacceptable.  Nothing should ever be impossible to undo.  I have clients now that show multiple paid invoices because one was marked paid with the wrong amount.  So a new one was created with the correct amount and now they show double paid.  To not be able to correct this is absolutely laughable. ...read more

Ability to remove any unused associations and sort the list to meet business needs. For example, we have no use for Carts, Courses, or Orders. Having those in this view for associations is not needed. We would rather set our Defaults to start with Companies, then Contacts, then Deals, then tickets, and then Appointments. Right now the activities in HubSpot are limited to 7 total: Calls, Communications, Emails, Meetings, Notes, Postal Mail and Tasks.  It would nice to have subtypes that you could customize under these major headings. ...read more

It would be really useful to be able to add a task to a logged activity (meeting, call, SMS, Note, etc.) AFTER it has been sent, or saved, just like you can edit the text in those logs afterwards. I frequently find that I need to add a task later on either due to a change in circumstance, or simply because I forgot to do it untill after I hit Send or Save. ...read more

Currently, the documented activities for e.g. contacts and companies, are sorted so that the most recently documented entries or pending tasks are displayed at the top of the list. If a large number of activities have been documented for a contact/company, it is very exhausting to get to the very first documented activities, i.e. the one that is furthest in the past.   I would therefore like to have the option of sorting the documented activities so that the oldest entry is displayed at the top and then the other entries in ascending date order.   It would also be nice to be able to use a date function to restrict the period from which activities are to be displayed. ...read more
