It would be very helpful to create a manual for migration for existing customers who are currently on the conversations inbox + tickets, and who would like to move to the Help Desk environment next year.   Just a few questions which we would like answers to: how should we update workflows? how should we update APIs? how should we update reports? how would this migration / moving go overall? what other affect should we expect? ... Hello, Hubspot Community! I would like to share one ideia about Automatic distribution of tickets by quantity. For example, our team have a goal to solved 120 tickets per day. But that's the limit per person. We Would like somehow to have to setting how much tickets each member of our team could do it during the day. Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ... Who- this would be a great improvement/benefit for Hubspot subcribers who sell both a wholesale and retail.  Goal- have the ability to prevent submissions from specific forms (not all) from creating a company or an association with an exisiting company. Value- a cleaner database of companies withouth the "noise" of retail customers who submit inquries (through forms) using their work email address.  Example- Our business is 95% wholesale and 5% retail. That said, ~98% of form submissions from our website are from end-users (retail). We use hubspot for both dealers (wholesale) and end-users (retail). On our website have a form for sales inquiries, service (repair/parts) inquires and new dealer inquires. The submissions from 1 & 2 we do NOT want to create a new company from the domain of the email address on the form becuase we will not do business with that company, just the employee. The 3rd form we DO want company creation/association. We also DO want company creation and association from emails when new contacts are added outside of the form.  ... Mehr anzeigen

As of now, admins can enroll either themselves or the whole account in BETA product features. It would be beneficials if admins can choose to enroll single users only.  Very often we would like to test a feature before enrolling the whole account. Admins are not always the best choice to test such feature in the cases where those features will be used by first-line users.  ... Mehr anzeigen

If you could develop a drag-and-drop customization of the sections on the Workspace > Prospecting page, you'd have a killer page. This has been a great addition to HubSpot, and our sales team now uses it as their primary page they work from. But the ability for us to add sections, remove sections, or drag them around as a customizable "dashboard" would be ideal.  Something similar to how you customize properties in the left hand side where you check the properties then drag them around would work well.  ... In HubSpot settings - Data Management - Contacts and look at the Data Quality Formatting issues section, you can select your preferred country format: United Kingdom, or the abbreviated version - in our minds, that'll be UK.    Within our business, we would prefer UK to United Kingdom - so I set it to the abbreivated version and noticed HubSpot classed it as 'GB' - which we don't use.   Is there a way we can have a option on the prefered abbreviation, it's something so minor but will help.    Cheers.  ... It's crazy to have a feature such as Business Units, to support large organisations, but then restrict the dates, times and currencies to the master account.    In our case, we have a business with Business Units set up across multiple countries and timezones. Unfortunately, we cannot set the correct currency for deals or the local timezone settings for the web chat tool.  ... Mehr anzeigen

The new bar is unwieldy and having to open and close it to get to where you want to go is a waste of time and requires extra steps. I prefer the old navigation and want to be able to "OPT OUT"  It is disappointing that HubSpot will be getting rid of the old navigation system and not allow the option for users to choose which one they prefer. Changing such a fundamental feature, without providing the option to opt out of the switch.  ... Mehr anzeigen
