As of now, admins can enroll either themselves or the whole account in BETA product features. It would be beneficials if admins can choose to enroll single users only.  Very often we would like to test a feature before enrolling the whole account. Hi HubSpot Team,   I've encountered a significant design issue in the Workflow, Form,  CTA, Website pages, Chatflows, Survey, Playbooks, Quotes tools that impacts efficiency, especially for users managing multiple accounts.   Currently, when navigating these tools and try to create/edit something, the top header (which typically displays the account name or important navigation information) isn't visible or accessible.   This lack of visibility makes it challenging to quickly identify which account you're working in, increasing the risk of errors and confusion.   As of now, I'm managing more than 15 clients' accounts, so you can imagine how hard it is for me to remember which tab I have for which account. Every time, I need to go back to the main tool page to see the account name.   Here are some examples, I would like to share with you:   Form Creation Page - No header   CTA Creation Page - No header   Quotes Creation Page - No header   Workflow Creation Page - No header     Proposed Solution: I suggest implementing a sticky or persistent header in all tools just like what you provided on index tool.     This header also should remain visible as users scroll through bottom of any tool. It would allow for smoother transitions between tools, reduce account confusion, and provide a more seamless user experience.   Example: Other platforms with multi-account management, like Google Analytics, offer a similar feature, ensuring users always know which account they're working in, regardless of how deep they are in the tool.   Benefit to Users:   Improved clarity on account identity during tasks Reduced risk of errors when working with multiple clients or accounts Enhanced overall user experience and navigation within the HubSpot ecosystem   Thank you for considering this suggestion. Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

When disqualifying a lead we have a few disqualification reasons that require a "new re-attempting" lead to be created in X weeks/months. The default period shows options 1wk, 2wks, 1month, 3months, or 6months (see attached screenshot). How can I edit these timeframes to give us additional options? Is there an option I can add that allows the salesman to choose their own date or timeframe? ...read more

I see the need to create an automatic reply option for tickets received by email in the Help Desk, specifically for non-marketing contacts. This is important because when a contact sends an email to the Help Desk’s respective intake channel, they are unsure whether their ticket has been received or not. ...read more

The overview tab in the middle of each record is very customizable, so we should have an option to make this the default tab. As of right now, if we select the overview tab, it will revert back to the activities tab and we keep having to switch to the overview tab to get the customized view we are looking for. The cookies will save the last viewed tab on the middle column, but not for long (maybe 5-20 minutes). If we select the overview tab, it will revert back to the activities tab within 30 minutes or less. Considering this is right smack in the middle of every record and the overview tab is highly customizable, I would assume for this to be a pretty important feature to impliment.  ...read more

The new bar is unwieldy and having to open and close it to get to where you want to go is a waste of time and requires extra steps. I prefer the old navigation and want to be able to "OPT OUT"  It is disappointing that HubSpot will be getting rid of the old navigation system and not allow the option for users to choose which one they prefer. Changing such a fundamental feature, without providing the option to opt out of the switch.  ...read more

If you could develop a drag-and-drop customization of the sections on the Workspace > Prospecting page, you'd have a killer page. This has been a great addition to HubSpot, and our sales team now uses it as their primary page they work from. But the ability for us to add sections, remove sections, or drag them around as a customizable "dashboard" would be ideal.  Something similar to how you customize properties in the left hand side where you check the properties then drag them around would work well.  ...read more
