  I manages three distinct brands within a single HubSpot portal: Data Axle USA, Salesgenie, and Exact Data. We regularly create and manage round-robin and team meeting links for different campaigns across these brands. However, the current Meeting Scheduler has a few limitations that are creating confusion and slowing down our workflow. Please Watch Video for Details    👤Who this is for: Teams managing multiple brands under a single HubSpot portal Users handling high volumes of meeting links (e.g., for sales or marketing campaigns) Admins and team leads who need to delegate, duplicate, or maintain brand-specific meetings What problems we’re facing (and what it needs to solve): 1. Meeting Link URL Changes Based on Personal Domain Settings Problem: When a user changes their meeting domain in personal calendar settings, it affects the base URL of all meeting links they’ve created even existing ones. Example: A Salesgenie link originally shows: https://hub.salesgenie.com/meetings/salesgenie Later, if the user switches their domain to hub.exactdata.com, the same link changes to: https://hub.exactdata.com/meetings/salesgenie Why it’s a problem: This breaks brand consistency and causes confusion, especially when links are shared externally. What we need: Meeting links should retain the domain they were created with, no matter what domain the user switches to later. 2. No Bulk Add Option for Round-Robin Meetings Problem: We must manually select each team member one by one to add them to a round-robin link, which is very time-consuming. What we need: Ability to select multiple users at once Or simply add an entire HubSpot team 3. No Option to Clone Meeting Links Problem: We often need similar meeting links with slight variations. Right now, we have to recreate them from scratch. What we need: A "Clone" or "Duplicate" option for meeting links to quickly replicate and edit them as needed. 4. Filters and Views Don’t Persist Problem: When filtering meeting links by brand or type (like round-robin), the filters reset when we click into a link and return to the list. What we need: HubSpot should remember the last-used filters and view settings, so we don’t have to reapply them every time. Currently, HubSpot only lets users define a user’s general working hours in 30-minute increments. There’s no option to set start and end times (or break times) in 15-minute increments. This forces teams to either block off larger-than-necessary chunks of availability, reducing true capacity, or risk scheduling users back-to-back with zero transition time, leading to stress, late starts, and lower service quality. ...read more

As of 15 May 2025, when accessing the Pipelines tab in any of the objects created within the HubSpot Object Library, it is not possible to access Pipeline Rules, Automate and Tags functionality as shown in the picture below:   (Picture of the Services object's pipeline settings) However, when accessing other standard HubSpot objects like Tickets or Deals, one can access this functionality, as well as Custom Objects: (Screenshot of the Tickets object's pipeline settings) ...read more

Right now, HubSpot’s scheduling tool only lets you set up a repeating weekly availability. That makes it tough for team members who need to make temporary changes, like swapping shifts, picking up extra hours during busy periods, or covering a holiday, because they have to edit their entire recurring schedule. If we could add a “one-off” availability override for a single day, our support team (which uses a lot of part-time and flexible shifts) could: Add extra meeting slots on specific dates without permanently changing their regular schedule. Skip the time-consuming workarounds that often lead to missed or misdirected bookings. Stay accurate and flexible when responding to real-time demand, no matter the time zone. Having the option for one-off availability overrides would make scheduling much smoother, cut down on admin work, and eliminate booking mistakes. This would be especially helpful for teams with rotating or irregular shifts, leading to better efficiency and a smoother experience for both our staff and customers.   ...read more

Right now, if you switch your HubSpot availability off for a call, you’re automatically offline for chat, too. That means you’re forced to keep flipping your status on and off whenever you hop between calls and live chat. It would be fantastic if we could manage each channel’s availability independently. For example: Block your calendar for a meeting, but stay online for live chat. Go “Do Not Disturb” on live chat during a deep-focus session without accidentally hiding your meeting availability. Keep your meeting status visible even when you’re not taking live chat conversations. Giving us separate toggles for meetings and live chat would eliminate the constant back-and-forth and make sure no customer requests slip through. It would help support teams juggle meetings and conversations smoothly and keep everything running without hiccups. ...read more

Hello HubSpot Product Team and Community, I'd like to submit a request regarding the Prospecting Agent and its AI-generated email capabilities. At present, the emails written by the Prospecting Agent default to American English spelling. This creates two main challenges for users based in the UK (and other regions using British English): Inconsistency with local language norms For example, words such as "optimize", "personalize", and "analyze" are spelled with a "z" rather than the British "optimise", "personalise", and "analyse". This immediately signals to prospects that the email may have been generated automatically, potentially reducing the authenticity and credibility of first-touch sales communication. Manual editing overhead Users must manually reword and correct AI-generated emails before sending, which reduces the productivity benefits that Prospecting AI is designed to deliver. 💡 Proposed Solution: Add an option to configure the language style (e.g., "American English", "UK English", "Australian English") at the portal, user, or workspace level for the Prospecting Agent. Alternatively, allow users to select a default spelling convention when setting up AI writing preferences (similar to style or tone settings for content assistant tools). We have 3 email addresses connected to our Help Desk - one is default and the others are used for specific cases. However, HubSpot is showing them alphabetically when responding to a customer (i.e. every time we need to click and choose our default before ending the email). Can there be a way to choose what is the default sending address, and switch to others manually only when needed?  ...read more

HubSpot is now requiring all users to go through the 'select account' flow upon logging in, even if the user logging in is only a member of a single account. While this flow is great for those who are members in multiple accounts, it is redundant for users who are only members in one account. ...read more

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more
