We have been informed by HubSpot there is no way to select a user's default Business Unit preference. Can you please add this feature urgently? It's very frustrating to have to change it multiple times a day to use HubSpot as I do now. When I log into HubSpot, I am in placed in the company's business unit. I am unable to access the things I need to from this business unit and have to change to my business unit. There is no ability to list out all the records that you follow. Since you automatically follow contacts you own, you could filter by that to see the majority of what you follow, but there isn't currently a full list.     It would be helpful to have either a filter or a section under "Your Perferences" in Settings which will list the Deals, Contacts, Tickets, etc. that you follow. The ability to unfollow records directly from this list would also be helpful.   The goal here would be an easy and effective way to manage records that you follow to reduce uneeded notifications. ...read more

Currently, you have no date property that tells you today's date. This is genuinely a critical function if you are going to compete with other CRMs. How can a sales team set and keep SLAs if they can only look at the time spent in stage retroactively? Please fix it or bring in a "Today's Date" field so people can work around it using a calculated property and some basic automation i.e.   Enters deal stage > set date picker to "date of entry" Calc field = time between "Date of entry" & "Today's Date" Report = all deals with "Calc field" >7 Automation = id "calc field">7 notify salesperson and manager.   This is a huge hole in the system and is going to cost your partner's deals. We have teams working across multiple regions (e.g., UK and Australia) and use separate workflows by country. Currently, all workflow actions such as task creation use the portal’s global default time zone setting, which does not reflect the correct local time for regional teams. This results in confusion and workflow inefficiencies.   Request: Please add the ability to set the time zone individually for each workflow, so tasks, reminders, and other time-based actions are aligned with the specific team or region’s local time. We've conducted an internal review of properties and one of the needs was to see the values in dropdowns/checkboxes, and the only way was to manually copy out the values. Would be useful to be able to export them instead.   Also do you need an idea category of "properties"? I can't find the best category for this idea. ...read more

As of 15 May 2025, when accessing the Pipelines tab in any of the objects created within the HubSpot Object Library, it is not possible to access Pipeline Rules, Automate and Tags functionality as shown in the picture below:   (Picture of the Services object's pipeline settings) However, when accessing other standard HubSpot objects like Tickets or Deals, one can access this functionality, as well as Custom Objects: (Screenshot of the Tickets object's pipeline settings) ...read more

We need the ability to grant users access to multiple teams so when they are creating deals, companies or contacts they can specify which team they are doing this for.   This will allow our support staff to support multiple individuals in a way they can't at the moment and in reality, in many businesses, an individual will often work with more than just their own team. Hello HubSpot Product Team and Community, I'd like to submit a request regarding the Prospecting Agent and its AI-generated email capabilities. At present, the emails written by the Prospecting Agent default to American English spelling. This creates two main challenges for users based in the UK (and other regions using British English): Inconsistency with local language norms For example, words such as "optimize", "personalize", and "analyze" are spelled with a "z" rather than the British "optimise", "personalise", and "analyse". This immediately signals to prospects that the email may have been generated automatically, potentially reducing the authenticity and credibility of first-touch sales communication. Manual editing overhead Users must manually reword and correct AI-generated emails before sending, which reduces the productivity benefits that Prospecting AI is designed to deliver. 💡 Proposed Solution: Add an option to configure the language style (e.g., "American English", "UK English", "Australian English") at the portal, user, or workspace level for the Prospecting Agent. Alternatively, allow users to select a default spelling convention when setting up AI writing preferences (similar to style or tone settings for content assistant tools).
