Hello!   I want to make a suggestion for HS portuguese translation. At this time HS is translating Deals using "Negócios" in portuguese, but the literral translation for "Negócios" is actually business, not deals. The Marketing -> Emails settings has the option to separately activate email open tracking, click tracking, or both. For one-to-one tracking, there is only one activation button to track both emails and clicks. This was discussed in this post.   I would like to know if my emails have been opened but I find it embarassing to send these sidekickopenxx.com links to my leads. So it would be nice to be able to activate email tracking and click tracking separately.   It would also be nice to be able to activate these on a per-email basis in Conversations. It would be great if we could set a default font at the brand settings level.  This initially came up while trying to see if I could change the font in the default modules to a sans-serif font.  I learned this is not possible, even when cloning the default module so it's editable.    It may possible for people with more expertise in source code editing, but even a simple option to select serif vs sans-serif at the brand level would make the default modules appear more consistent with brands which use one or the other.   ...read more

The overview in the contacts list is currently is quite limited. It would be fantastic to change the view of the hubspot contact list to be more like a spreadsheet? I would absolutley love to get a better overview of more contacts at once. Also, pages with a limited number of contacts makes bulk editing a nightmare.    The ability to freeze a column, so that the contact's name is visible while scrolling horisontaly is a nice first step. When I go to create a task, and it lets me select when it's due, (tomorrow, 2 businessdays, 3 businessdays, 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc...) the 1 month is broken and it annoys me every single time I go to select it.  Today for instance, I went to select 1 month for a task, and it set as January 1st  This is not correct.  1 month from now is January 4th.  Your system has it set up that 1 month equals 4 weeks, and in the real world, that is not the case.  Please fix this problem.  ...read more

Hi Everyone, I received my first chat through the bot a few days ago, but I realized that my real first name, last name, and my profile picture were displayed. Unfortunately, the visitor was a scam. For security and privacy reasons, it would be nice to be able to set up a nickname and eventually a different profile picture just for the chatbot that could be different from the ones used in our Hubspot user profile.
