As a company booking meetings globally, most recently to Australia and North America we need to ensure the times available are clearly marked AM or PM to avoid our prospects and customers accidentally booking in times they cannot actually make e.g. 3am thinking it is 3pm... There seems to have been a great deal of confusion with the times they are booking in, I know the tool adapts to their timezone which is useful but people are confusing AM with PM - the same link is used for all geographies and is posted on our site. A most recent example was a Canadian teacher who has booked in for 5:15am his time believing that it was PM, not AM. Are there any plans to make it clearer to people that the time they are seeing is AM not PM so they don't pick weird times that end up needing to be rescheduled and wasting everyone's time? We ran into a case that we could not explain why an internal email notification in a workflow was failing on the contact owner ID (assigned and driven from Salesforce.com). It turned out that the Salesforce user ID (owner) passing intothe HubSpot contact owner property was not mapping (or matching) to the HubSpot user even though the email addresses are exactly the same.  So need a way to verify a HubSpot users mapping to a Salesforce user ID. I would suggest this would fit perfectly in with at least 2 other ideas I have found about email exporting, or otherwise accessing (and updating) an expanded set of user properties. ... Our sales team will be using Sales and Marketing Hub, but we keep our service/support team with another vendor. We have some integration between the two, but I would love to have the ability to turn off the Service hub altogether so it does not show up anywhere for our team. It can be confusing for our team to see tickets and services even though we do not use the product. Cheers! ... Mehr anzeigen

Buenas tardes a todos. hace poco he tenido algunos temas referente a la configurancion  de las cuentas de usurios de mi equipo de Hubspot, y es que la mayoria no son expertos en tecnologias y al hacer configuraciones como  conectar su correo electronico, agregar firma, perzonalizar  notificaciones etc. es algo que he tenido que hacer remotamente y/o solicitarles sus credenciales para poder realizar dicha configuración. la idea que me surgio es desde el super administrador poder hacer esas configuraciones, considero que esto pude agilizar mucho la operacion como implementadores de la herramienta.   ... It would be useful to have varying levels of admin access particularly. Right now my company is working to set up API connections between hubspot and our website and I've had to give the engineers full Super Admin privelages, which really isn't necessarry since they'll only be dealing with the API aspect. While I doubt they'll be going into the contact profiles and such, I'd like to keep these permissions separate.    Additionally, our sales team is becoming more involved with using the deals side of HubSpot and have requested access to be able to alter deal pipelines to better suit their needs. However, in order to give them the ability to do this, they need super admin access, which I really don't think is necessary. I'd like to give them access to do this, but I don't want them to be able to edit other properties or change permissions, etc.  ... Mehr anzeigen

In the Mobile app if you go along to the module tab at the bottom - MORE and click this at the top below where it says Account there is a small round box with a background image of a flat and house lookalike - It is a great shame you cant click this and edi thte image and upload your company logo or another image here - Especially if you are paying for a subscription - it just makes it more personal.
