Hi HubSpot Community, We are really excited about the new "Spaces" feature for organizing the help desk. It's a great concept. However, we immediately ran into a major workflow problem: we cannot use our existing custom "Views" (from "Views customization") within the new "Spaces." The Problem: We have spent a significant amount of time building and refining dozens of custom views for our team. The current setup for "Spaces" forces us to manually recreate every single view from scratch just to add it to a Space. This creates a huge amountof duplicated effort, makes view management confusing (which one is the "real" one?), and makes adopting "Spaces" a very time-consuming project instead of a quick win. The Solution: Please allow us to link, share, or add our existing custom views directly to a Space. Instead of only having a "create new view" option within a Space, we should also have an "add existing view" option that lets us pull from the library of views we've already built. Why this is needed: This change would make the "Spaces" feature infinitely more powerful and easier to adopt. It would allow teams to: Instantly organize their existing, proven workflows into different Spaces. Avoid the massive time-sink and potential for error in recreating views. Manage a single "master" view that can be used across multiple Spaces, making updates much easier. Interchangeably add or remove views from Spaces without having to delete and rebuild them. This feels like a critical missing piece for "Spaces" to work efficiently. If you're also facing this frustration, please upvote!
