Our company is based in US and other regions - because of this there are situations where date formats are different- we wouldm like the ability in the company settings to set MMM-DD-YYYY format, at the moment the only options are MM-DD-YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY which can cause confusion i.e 01-04-2025 in US is 4th January, in the rest of the world is is 1st of April having the MMM-DD-YYYY or DD-MMM-YYYY format solves this as it would display as JAN-04-2025 or 01-APR-2025

More of our multi-brand clients are looking to manage lifecycle stage at the brand level. Having a lifecycle stage and the associated event properties like "Date entered [Lifecycle Stage]", date exited, cumulative time in... is needed to accurately nurture leads by brand, pass to the right sales team at the right time, segment contacts for cross promotions and know who the customers of each product line are for service teams. Please added this valuable features to the brand add on. I've seen ambitious companies attempt to manage this with custom properties and workflows. Having native fields per brand should be out of the box functionality if a company chooses to invest in the brand add-on.

Hi HubSpot Community, We are really excited about the new "Spaces" feature for organizing the help desk. It's a great concept. However, we immediately ran into a major workflow problem: we cannot use our existing custom "Views" (from "Views customization") within the new "Spaces." The Problem: We have spent a significant amount of time building and refining dozens of custom views for our team. The current setup for "Spaces" forces us to manually recreate every single view from scratch just to add it to a Space. This creates a huge amountof duplicated effort, makes view management confusing (which one is the "real" one?), and makes adopting "Spaces" a very time-consuming project instead of a quick win. The Solution: Please allow us to link, share, or add our existing custom views directly to a Space. Instead of only having a "create new view" option within a Space, we should also have an "add existing view" option that lets us pull from the library of views we've already built. Why this is needed: This change would make the "Spaces" feature infinitely more powerful and easier to adopt. It would allow teams to: Instantly organize their existing, proven workflows into different Spaces. Avoid the massive time-sink and potential for error in recreating views. Manage a single "master" view that can be used across multiple Spaces, making updates much easier. Interchangeably add or remove views from Spaces without having to delete and rebuild them. This feels like a critical missing piece for "Spaces" to work efficiently. If you're also facing this frustration, please upvote!

After adding an Activities Card to the Middle Column for Company Record Customisation, all upcoming tasks are shown in reverse-chronlogical order. In the current view, the last Tasks are shown first.

Currently, a user must have an active account in order to be assigned as a record owner, therefore , not possible to assign deactivated users to current active records. Proposal to offer the availability of 'Genneric Users' to assist with managing Area/Territory/Region (ie. North, South, East, West, Regional etc). In doing so, we can better streamline and manage regions more effectively, than current.

I am a super admin in MarketingHub. I have 2 sales seats. as a cross functional team, I need visibility to the sequences that our sales team is using/building so that I can assist in offering copy guidance and building workflows from our propect lists since marketing helps build these using our business intelligence tools. However, i cannot see anything on the Sales side and it makes no sense. If I ask one of my team members on the sales side to give me view access it strips my super admin access on the MarketingHub side. Is there something I am missing here?

Most fields in Hubspot have the option to add a colored dot or colored badge under the Field Type settings. However, that option doens't exist for the Lifecycle stages. It would make the experience a lot faster and easier if we can color code the lifecycle stages too.

Currently there is no option to automatically have emails that are logged on a contact record automatically log onto the associated lead objects. Currently if an email is sent from a Contact record or inbox, the email will not be logged to the lead object. While the only way to get the email automatically associated, is to send from the sales workspace or lead view. This creates a problem for users who wish to use the 'Email count' property on the lead object to accurately show the number of emails sent to a lead. Especially since some users may be using the sales workspace, but some are not, or are sending from the contact record. Ideally, we would have the options in the Activities settings associations tab to add association rules to log to 'open leads' for emails logged on a Contact. Picture of the current settings, where a 'Associated Leads' option could go.

Today, Wednesday, 10-15-2025, I noticed links have become hyperlinks in notes when EDITING the note. This is problematic. Can you please remove the hyperlink activity so that it reverts to plain text when editing.
