We would like the ability to suspend Users rather than delete them.  In order to preserve all the User data from an employee no longer with the company, we take mutliple manual steps to restrict viewing permissions and reset their password.   If we could Suspend User, eliminating their access to Hubspot while preserving their User data, that would be helpful to both our process and reporting. ...read more

I'd love to see different alert tones available for forms, revisits, chats, etc., and perhaps something more intense for incoming chats as they can be easy to miss even with all alert types set to on. As I'm often multitasking, the only thing that ensures I get to a chat within a few minutes is the alert noise, but it's a quick noise that can be missed (We're often on the phone). We currently use the setting where HS automatically applies a tracking UTM to all URLS in our emails. We have a promotional campaign running for which we wanted to link directly to a page inside the cart system of our website. Unfortunately the UTM parameter added to that URL conflicted with the way our website was built so the page wouldn't load correctly. Upon discussing with HS Support, the only option to NOT have the UTM parameter loaded on that specific link is to turn them ALL off...for EVERY email. Well, all or nothing isn't very flexible unfortunately. Could we not also have options to either turn them off for a specific email or a specific field ONLY in an email? I think it would be extremely helpful and beneficial to increase the maximum limit of scoring property filters, or to have no limit at all. Our sales team and new business development team members are trying to track which of our clients and prospects are the most engaged with us, as well as the ones who are not. We have created a point system for those who attend our events, open our emails, interact with us on social media, found us via an organic search, etc. HubSpot Score has made it simple because we can easily compare contacts' scores. However, we've already hit the maximum of 100 filters so our lead scores are going to become stagnant considering we won't be able to track engagement on future emails or events. Let's say you wanted to use HubSpot to build an intranet.   Having private pages, a private site, a private blog, or a private subdomain that can only be accessed by registered employees is possible.   Now what if you wanted to use Okta SSO?   Currently, Okta SSO only works to sign in users to the backend of HubSpot.   I'd like to see HubSpot create an option to use Okta to login to private content for accounts that are not users of the HubSpot tools themselves.   Basically, an employee can use Okta SSO to login to view private content even though they're not a HubSpot user. ...read more

Our company recently set up a timeline sync between Salesforce and Hubspot to show which forms have been submitted and which marketing emails were sent. Unfortunately, these timeline activities are syncing into Saleforce as tasks for both the individual contact AND the company (or "account" in Salesforce).    Please look into offering more options/exclusions for timeline syncs.    Thanks! ...read more
