I have 60+ users that cross 4 regional teams in our HubSpot System.  It would be extremely useful to "Export" the list of users?  I want to export the names, data sort into regions and then send out to do a regular audit to ensure any staff that have left the business have been removed (i.e. contacts transferred to others) and access denied.    Currently you can tick a box to "select all" but the only options with that is for "Editting permissions" or to "Remove" - an "Export list to cvs" button would be ideal!  ...read more

Haven't seen this setting - if it exists, feel free to jump in!   As a super admin - I would like the ability to log-in as or impersonate other users. This would allow me to diagnose issues and ensure settings are correct more easily.   For example - changing the bcc email address for one user - I could log into the others accounts and change that for all rather than 1) having all their passwords 2) going over to their computers to change it for them or 3) relying on them to change it themselves.   Our CMS has this feature and our CRM (Sugar CRM) has this feature and it is very useful. ...read more

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

It would be good if we can controll log in based on the IP address that user access to the account.    The reason being is our clients wants to limit the access from external net work. This way, we can ensure that the access from external network is secured.    Also, it would be great if we can export or get logs of the user activity withint the account. This way we can track who have taken certain action within the account.  ...read more

Currently facing the issue of not being able to disable 2FA authenthication for users in my portal. Wishing this was a feature as sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and we might not be able to authenthicate via mobile device. Hi team, Currently, when we log in, if we have mutliple accounts, the default portal is not the one that we "pinned". We need to add more deal card properties in our Hubspot deal boards (up to six rows). Currently, we can choose only two properties, which is not as convenient for us. We would love to be able to exclude AEs from moving deals to a few stages in Sales pipeline. In short, it will be great to have one person, such as our VP of Sales, to be the gatekeeper in deciding which deals should move to Closed Won and the stage before that. Some people prematurely pull the trigger in "closing" a deal that is not meant to be closed. Currently, it seems the only restrictions I can apply in HubSpot are the following:  Set Deal Access to "Edit > Owned Only". This will restrict one AE from moving a deal to Closed Won that doesn't belong to them. However, they're still free to move their deal to Closed Won. Set Deal Access to "Edit > None". They will still need to move deals in stages such as New, Discovery, etc. expect Closed Won - Onboarding and Closed Won.     It will be great to convert this idea into reality. ...read more
