To ensure that the CMP's scanners aren't blocked by afirewall or on a host level, it would be useful to allowlist their IP addresses. In my specific situation, I need to allowlist the Cookiebot IP addresses, because the scanner is often blocked when trying to access a domain. To be able to automatically show the payment link that is associated with the deal in a specific property on the deal via workflow so that it is seamless and not a manuall work. As a sales desk manager that is having trouble getting his team to create follow up tasks for our clients, it would be nice if we could enable or select an option to require that the team member select their follow up call/email/to-do in order to log their email or call.  Just as forms work within HubSpot, could we implant that same logic into the Log Call or Log Email function that will "gray out" the "Log Call" or "Log Email" button until a follow up task has been selected and timed? ... We were evaluating Clearbit before the HubSpot acquisition, and we were very excited now that it was integrated with HubSpot, but at the functionality and flexibility level, Breeze Intelligence still needs some improvements.    Here are a few key features we'd like to see from Breeze Intelligence, mirroring Clearbit Ability to create active lists of contacts to enrich - an enrichment inclusion list (as opposed to an all or manual approach) Ability to enrich properties such as Company name, Industry, company size, etc., at the Contact level (due to our Salesforce integration we can't active Contact-Company association; this really limits the properties we can enrich at the contact level) Choose the properties we want to enrich and the fields to use for that - some sort of mapping At the moment, external solutions that provide this level of flexibility are a better solution for companies like ours where we need to workaround with a different CRM integration.  ... The banner at the top of the HubSpot profile that says 'Explore Spotlight: 200+ updates' makes it feel like there's constantly another 200 updates for me to look at. I already find the spotlight section completely overwhelming and so difficult to stay on top of what updates will effect my business. Between this and the product updates section I feel like I'm re-reading so many things anyway. The mismanagement of data has caused an issue due to multiple company domains being listed under a single company. When importing company records, HubSpot utilizes the company domain name property to match companies in the import to file to any existing companies in the CRM. This causes the existing company record to be updated rather than a new company record being created. However, we are not able to clean up the data in mass. There is no filter to capture the company domains with multiple domains listed under a single field, nor can I can't export all the domain as known and identify the ones with the multiple domains because HS just export the first domain before the comma. ... Good morning, unfortunately it is currently not possible to send an HTML email to an individual contact from the CRM and then monitor whether it has been opened. Currently it is only possible to write a normal email.   A Sales HTML Mail is a very important function because when I have made a cold call I want to send a single, smartly designed HTML mail to my potential customer and that is not possible.
