I was just showing off the new AI assistant features - and it is well received by all. The very first question I received from our users was "Will this AI assistant work in all our different languages?". Upon checking with both knowledgebase and HubSpot support, unfortunately the AI assistant is currently only available to be set as one language across the different functions - i.e set as English for all web pages.  I would like to propose that for large multi-national organisations this should be more granular and allow for multi-lingual teams like ours which have pages, forms, pop-ups, social accounts and emails in more than 20 languages.  The ideal is that either the AI assistant is set at user level, or, the AI assistant should automatically change to the setting for that function. I.e if the landing page is in French, the AI assistant switches to French. If the email is in Spanish - AI will be in Spanish etc. For now, the workaround I have offered is that we can set up a sandbox for each language and add the team so they can make use of the creation features - but of course this is not ideal to have to copy and paste.... ... New users to HubSpot are publishing their website and connecting their DNS, only to find the root domain has a 404 error and the URL with the language slug (e.g. /en-gb) is the only way to reach their site.   Removing/updating the language settings after the DNS results in a 404 error until the server cache resets, which further compounds the issue.   It would be great if the defaults for language settings would look like this:   And the user has the option to turn "Use prefix in slug" on, instead of off.   This question has come up multiple times in different forms ever since this feature was added (ex 1, ex 2, ex 3, ex4, ex 5...) ... This is a two-for-one idea.    First, ideally searching would open a search window that could be recalled once clicking away by using the browser's back button.     Second, the search results would be a customizable table or card view.    As a sales rep, I'd like my search to open in a window, so that I can return to my search results if I click on the wrong result, without re-searching.     As an admin, I'd like to customize the fields shown for search results. I'd like to do this from a search layout, not a field option, so I can see exactly the way the search will appear for users and design an optimized view.  ... Afficher plus

BLUF: A view that we can delete but cannot edit? As HubSpot super admins, we have access to all the resources and components built by us or others. However, we are unable to change or edit the views. We can only delete them, which doesn't make sense. This creates a lot of dependencies as we have to involve stakeholders like the CEO for minor non-functional changes. Simple changes that could be done in seconds sometimes take weeks to get approval from senior stakeholders. It doesn't make sense that we can delete views but not edit them. Please enable this! ... Since the launch of new Breeze / Copilot AI we have stumbled upon issues on multiple customer portals. Users without access to worfklow / automation tools are able to create workflows with prompts with Breeze AI chat. I presume this is not intended, since the workflows themselves are often full of gibberish and do not provide any value. The prompt doesn't even have to include a command to create a workflow, when Breeze interprets it as such and creates workflows. This in turn causes lots of cluttering in the workflow view. ... Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't let you auto-subscribe contacts to WhatsApp communications. You have no direct access to the subscription type in workflows and you don't even see the subscription in the settings.   The option you have is to go into contact's profile and inspect all their subscriptions there. You will see WhatsApp and you'll be able to subscribe the contact manually.  (don't mind the German language)   Why don't we have an option to auto-subscribe the contact to WhatsApp Notifications if they submitted a form with their phone (WhatsApp) number and agreed to receive notifications via WhatsApp? When we collect consent from our contacts by ticking a checkbox or by clicking a button, we expect the contacts to be auto subscribed to WA-notifications.   P.S. I am talking about a situation when a contact doesn't know your WA number and cannot contact you first (as described here), so it is way better for both sides when a contact submits a form and gives their phone number and asks to be contacted per WhatsApp. The rest should be handled by HubSpot.   Added: There's currently an option to mass opt-in contacts for WhatsApp communications in your Contacts view. This is currently in Beta so make sure you add this function to your HS portal in Product Updates. We would like to be able to change the colour and look of the meeting booking widget. We have an external webpage and would like to change the design of the meeting booking widget to match the site/company brand guide. The only thing you can change now is the Primary colour of the whole HubSpot account to change the background of the meeting booking calendar. This is very limited and not ideal. With the HubSpot forms it is possible to embed it in raw html without the iframe. It would be great if we could do the same for the meeting booking widget to add our own css. ... Afficher plus

We need the ability to grant users access to multiple teams so when they are creating deals, companies or contacts they can specify which team they are doing this for.   This will allow our support staff to support multiple individuals in a way they can't at the moment and in reality, in many businesses, an individual will often work with more than just their own team. The user permissions settings are far too basic at the moment with just 'individual', 'team' and 'everything' not granular enough.     ... Afficher plus
