It would be great if we could set a default font at the brand settings level. This initially came up while trying to see if I could change the font in the default modules to a sans-serif font. I learned this is not possible, even when cloning the default module so it's editable. It may possible for people with more expertise in source code editing, but even a simple option to select serif vs sans-serif at the brand level would make the default modules appear more consistent with brands which use one or the other.

The overview in the contacts list is currently is quite limited. It would be fantastic to change the view of the hubspot contact list to be more like a spreadsheet? I would absolutley love to get a better overview of more contacts at once. Also, pages with a limited number of contacts makes bulk editing a nightmare. The ability to freeze a column, so that the contact's name is visible while scrolling horisontaly is a nice first step. Not having to scroll horisontally all the tim would be better.

What do you think about, as with the personalisation of call results, being able to personalise the results of an appointment as well ?

When I go to create a task, and it lets me select when it's due, (tomorrow, 2 businessdays, 3 businessdays, 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc...) the 1 month is broken and it annoys me every single time I go to select it. Today for instance, I went to select 1 month for a task, and it set as January 1st This is not correct. 1 month from now is January 4th. Your system has it set up that 1 month equals 4 weeks, and in the real world, that is not the case. Please fix this problem.

Hi Everyone, I received my first chat through the bot a few days ago, but I realized that my real first name, last name, and my profile picture were displayed. Unfortunately, the visitor was a scam. For security and privacy reasons, it would be nice to be able to set up a nickname and eventually a different profile picture just for the chatbot that could be different from the ones used in our Hubspot user profile. I would like to be able to always set a new created deal to the first stage, so I can track how long different deals stay in the different stages until it's won or lost.

I know we have a default search field of name, phone, email in HubSpot .... I would suggest HubSpot to allow Super Admin to create a custom search field based on those custom properties that we have created for the team, that would broaden the search function in HubSpot to make it more user friendly, thank you.

Hi, previously, when emailing a customer/ prospect from within Hubspot when I pasted a link it would auto recognise that as a link and I could easy hyperlink if needed. Now however, in the past 4 weeks or so this is not the case. When I enter a link 1. it does not auto create a link, it shows as text and 2. when I click the button to hyperlink it puts the link in the 'text' box as opposed to the 'URL' field - it's turning a 2 click job into 6-7-8 clicks Can we revert back/ correct these errors, please??
