In the CRM, the organic leads are showing this message which unable us to track where these are coming from. Weh I spoke to HubSpot's support team, explained that essentially, this happens because back in September 2013, Google made a change that encrypts the search results for its users. As a result, web analytics packages, such as HubSpot, cannot identify the keywords that generate organic search traffic from websites. Visits originating from most Google searches are now bucketed under Unknown keywords (SSL) within the Sources tab as outlined here which is the case for this contact.   Can we have this fixed please? ...read more

As of Sep 2024, you can backup the entire HubSpot ecosystem, but somoene needs to go into settings and press the button to start the backup.  It would be awesome if there was a way to run that backup automatically.  Is there? Thanks! ...read more

Habitualmente mi empresa manda mailings a un grupo de usuarios, este envio se realiza desde un sistema aparte de hubspot. Cuando esos usuarios responden al mismo mailing, en la bandeja de husbpot se me agrupan como si fueran la misma conversacion, pero son usuarios distintos que entre ellos no se conocen. Si queremos responderles a ellos les llega con nuestra respuesta las consultas en cadena y respuestas anteriores que le dimos a otros usuarios. Nosotros necesitamos desactivar que esas conversaciones que responden al mismo mailing se agrupen, porque nuestras respuestas son privadas a cada usuario y no tiene porque ver lo que le dijimos a otro usuario. Y si le mandamos un correo privado entrando al contacto, se pierde en nuestro correo la interación previa donde ellos responden al mailing que nosotros le mandamos. Es por eso que tampoco nos resulta util esta opción y por eso necesitamos que habiliten alguna opcion que permita separar esas conversaciones que lo unico que tienen en comun es que responden al mismo mailing. When disqualifying a lead we have a few disqualification reasons that require a "new re-attempting" lead to be created in X weeks/months. The default period shows options 1wk, 2wks, 1month, 3months, or 6months (see attached screenshot). How can I edit these timeframes to give us additional options? Currently in the Leads Page view it defaults to showing 25 per page in the table. Can you allow users to edit this default to show more and give more options? The only option is 25 and 50 per page. We have a ton of leads in various stages and constantly having to change this to 50 per page and sort. ...read more

I see the need to create an automatic reply option for tickets received by email in the Help Desk, specifically for non-marketing contacts.
