When disqualifying a lead we have a few disqualification reasons that require a "new re-attempting" lead to be created in X weeks/months. The default period shows options 1wk, 2wks, 1month, 3months, or 6months (see attached screenshot). How can I edit these timeframes to give us additional options? Hello HubSpot Community, We're here to provide some feedback on the account default settings feature. Currently, these settings apply universally to our entire account. However, as a company with two distinct brands, we find this setup cumbersome. Having to manually edit company information for each quote due to the lack of business unit customization is time-consuming. We propose allowing customization of default settings by business unit. This would streamline our processes and reduce the risk of errors. We believe this enhancement would benefit other users managing multiple brands or entities. I see the need to create an automatic reply option for tickets received by email in the Help Desk, specifically for non-marketing contacts. New users to HubSpot are publishing their website and connecting their DNS, only to find the root domain has a 404 error and the URL with the language slug (e.g. /en-gb) is the only way to reach their site.   Removing/updating the language settings after the DNS results in a 404 error until the server cache resets, which further compounds the issue.   It would be great if the defaults for language settings would look like this:   And the user has the option to turn "Use prefix in slug" on, instead of off.   This question has come up multiple times in different forms ever since this feature was added (ex 1, ex 2, ex 3, ex4, ex 5...) ...read more

We have been informed by HubSpot there is no way to select a user's default Business Unit preference. Can you please add this feature urgently? It's very frustrating to have to change it multiple times a day to use HubSpot as I do now. When I log into HubSpot, I am in placed in the company's business unit. I am unable to access the things I need to from this business unit and have to change to my business unit. Running Hubspot Portals with multiple Business Units and different Sales Teams for each business unit, a major struggle comes with the some default property limitations.  Especially, when it comes to "Contact Owner".    It would be extremely helpful, if the contact ownership would not be set at the account level, but at the BU level.  I have contacts enquiring for each of my Business Unit brands, which makes it impossible for the different sales teams to manage.    Besides that, sequence enrolments should also be set on BU level, not on account level for the same reasons as outlined above.    Hubspot should be customisable towards the user needs, not the other way round where I would have to change me internal company org. to fit in HS system limitations.      ...read more
