Previously, when you added a property to the sidebar—for example, in the company view—it would ask whether changes were allowed. Now, it saves them automatically. This is critical when there are related automations. I’ve had to cancel automations multiple times simply because I’m human and made a mistake in a field. Currently, HubSpot does not support setting or updating a contact's profile image (avatar) through automation or workflows. Profile images are pulled automatically from Gravatar based on a contact’s email address, or must be set manually by a user. This is limiting in modern use cases where images are collected via HubSpot forms, file uploads, or external systems (e.g. LinkedIn profile syncs, ID verification, virtual events, etc.).   Proposed Solution:- Enable workflows (and/or API) to set or update a contact’s profile image by: - Uploading an image through a form or external source  -Storing the image URL or file in a property  -Mapping that image to the contact's profile photo automatically   Use Cases: - A new lead uploads their headshot through a form — it's instantly shown in the CRM record - A salesperson updates a contact's image with their LinkedIn profile picture via automation - Customer success teams view personalised contact photos without needing manual updates - Event registration forms include profile photos that feed directly into the contact record   Benefits: - Reduces manual admin work - Improves personalisation and team familiarity with leads - Enables richer contact profiles in workflows, reporting, and custom views ...read more

It would be useful, specifically for U.S. visitors, to be able to display a cookie consent banner that doesn't have a large enticing "decline" button, but still has the "accept" button and "cookie settings" link to allow users to decline cookie categories. The notification style banner has just an accept button, but no ability for a user to opt out of cookies, specifically advertising cookies. I am guessing many visitors don't really care about tracking, but will hit the "decline" button because it is right there and just as easy to click as the "accept" button. ...read more

While perhaps a less structural change to the platform, many professionals and veterans with CRM tools are accustomed to different layouts and the ability to customize their feed. These smaller changes allow for a better user experience, expedited information analysis, and better readability of the information. Currently, the site can only be accessed through its folder system, but what if we could have stats easily accessible on our homepage? What if we could add or change the color of the Icons and Menus?    I prefer Hubspot's capabilities over similar tools, but this small aspect could make it better.  ...read more

Hello HubSpot Product Team and Community, I'd like to submit a request regarding the Prospecting Agent and its AI-generated email capabilities. At present, the emails written by the Prospecting Agent default to American English spelling. This creates two main challenges for users based in the UK (and other regions using British English): Inconsistency with local language norms For example, words such as "optimize", "personalize", and "analyze" are spelled with a "z" rather than the British "optimise", "personalise", and "analyse". This immediately signals to prospects that the email may have been generated automatically, potentially reducing the authenticity and credibility of first-touch sales communication. Manual editing overhead Users must manually reword and correct AI-generated emails before sending, which reduces the productivity benefits that Prospecting AI is designed to deliver. 💡 Proposed Solution: Add an option to configure the language style (e.g., "American English", "UK English", "Australian English") at the portal, user, or workspace level for the Prospecting Agent. Alternatively, allow users to select a default spelling convention when setting up AI writing preferences (similar to style or tone settings for content assistant tools). Would love to see the possibility to create custom news feeds or widgets to notify colleages about updates that we do in HubSpot. Right now we use chats, emails and other channels to tell them about updates but it makes sense to be able to notify them when they are in HubSpot.  Image if a sales person go into the sales dashboard and then get a Pop-up about out new leads process that was launched today.
