This results in way too many dashbaords that everyone can see. Hard to enforce any data governance. I would like to flip that. WOuld be better whenever a rep goes to create a report it's private to them only unless they update that and make it visible to other teams. This would help us a ton on the administrative side.

I am looking to add individual pipeline coverage data to the forecasting tool. It's great to see these numbers at a team level, but when working with sales people, it's also nice to be able to look at their individual pipeline - separate from the group. I'd like to see the insight cards across the top (that appear at the team level) for each user. ie: Forecast submission, Gap to goal. Pipeline Coverage, etc.

It would be great to add "Tasks" to the new Quick Create + button at the top navigation. Even better, likely longer term development, it would be great to make the + button customizable for each user based on the things they routinely do.

We change our Google Mail signatures for the whole company by our IT admins. We change them due to promote new products or exhibitions and add some pictures. Changing of the signatures in Hubspot for each single Account is horrible! Would be great to extend the integration / synchronization between Google Mail / GMail and Hubspot.

Currently, we are able to require 2FA for all users. However, we do not have the ability to set which 2FA method would be required for other users. For example, the ability to only allow users to set up 2FA through Microsoft Authenticator.

I understand the necessity to promote premium modules of HubSpot but the entire sidebar is now full of modules that I don't use with my edition. It's too much and not very productive. There are others ways to promote your product I think.

There are several pages across the platform that remove the top portion of the navigation bar. This is frustrating because it prevents accessing things like the Settings cog or the Contact Help pop out. Why is the navigation not available on these pages? Please fix one of the many inconsistencies across HubSpot by making the top navigation available on EVERY page on HubSpot.
