Rather than adding multiple tick boxes, it would be good to be able to set a drop down field to allow for multiple options... For example, a drop down that lists the types of services a lead might be interested in, it would be good to be able to add multiples. This could also be done with tags like in wordpress.

We currently have to click on the HS pligin every time we send an email, which I personnally often forget to do. Can we have this as a default?

Hi, I'm using CSM workspaces' healthscore. I would love to have conditionals for the properties I use for the score. For example: I want to use the Churn risk property (it contains 4 different values) that's assigned only to open renewal deals. So far I can choose the property "churn risk" and it will add/substract all of the deals that have such property, meaning the renewals that are already won or lost as well. It would be very helpfull to be able to filter the properties based on other conditions, like reports! Thanks

It's not possible to easily change details of a user. A sales colleague has left the business and new colleague will start and need to easily change email address to new collleague - keeping the assigned contacts. Your help desk support says currently impossible - weakness for a sales system. You need to be able to go in as a super admin and change the address

Add ability to add object access permissions to a user / role based on a task being assinged to them on the object. We have team members who execute specific tasks (as needed) based on Hubspot tasks assigned by our sales team members. These are shard resources. We want these team member to be able to see these assigned tasks without giving them full access to all records (e.g. they are able to see a task assigned to them on a deal, but not have access to all deals).

One of the users suggested having the option of choosing multiple company currencies because they have a lot of offices and would like to view the amounts according to the company currency in the region.

It would be nice if Forms had the option to organize multiple choice checkboxes into multiple columns for a better designer look, especially if your list is long.

Currently, we have an individual user historic export available for each user but the activation date (and the unactivation date) for a paying licence is still missing. It will be very useful to have the activation date (and the unactivation date) for a user licence in the all users data export. It will be useful for estimating the cost and the annual budget for each team defined in our workspace.

Hey we really need improved permissions in all of hubspot (Badly)! There's no consistency across objects. Recently I was trying to assign access to playbooks for specific teams and inadvertantly removed access from parent teams that should be able to see everything their child teams can access. Please fix this, getting hard to administer hubspot with the lack of consistency / patterns / rules of permissioning. Use your founder's idea of "Frameworks" to make this easier for everyone else. Let me know if you have questions!
