After I turned off all the permissions of a user, they still can see marketing tools like chat flow and account setting. It is better if we can limit someone else permission to none of the Account Setting, Marketing, and Service Tools (not even the view option).   Companies that are working with third parties who are doing work for them, but are not full-on employees of the company that we'd like to keep segmented away from sensitive data?   They would like to restrict the contact information of each other in the portal.   This will give HubSpot and its partners to go into the industry that is working with Sales Agent (e.g. Insurance).   I think some CRM possess this kind of feature. ...read more

Hi Everyone, I received my first chat through the bot a few days ago, but I realized that my real first name, last name, and my profile picture were displayed. Unfortunately, the visitor was a scam. For security and privacy reasons, it would be nice to be able to set up a nickname and eventually a different profile picture just for the chatbot that could be different from the ones used in our Hubspot user profile. When looking at Import/Export there is no option or information about how to export the data, so all you see is import. It would be helpful if there was a link to the help article (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/export-contacts-companies-deals-or-tickets) about how to do exports.  It would be even better if there was a way to export in Hubspot format so we can combine or change Hubspot accounts without needed to go to Excel of CSV. ...read more
