Currently, it's not possible to see a Salesforce Owner show up as a user in Users & Teams.   I understand we can import Salesforce users into HubSpot as a user, but if they are already existing HubSpot users with the same email address (but also synced over as a Salesforce Owner), this makes it hard for us to manage access for team members to view "contacts that their team owns", especially if the ownership is assigned to a Salesforce User.  ... I was wondering if it is possible to change the default view from collapsed to unfolded on every page. With this i mean the company page, contacts, deals, ..... Now i have to click it open every time to see what the contents are of the things that are done inside that company or contact but i think it would be easy to have it setup that it wil automaticly unfold everything. The new vertical menu for HubSpot is not intuitive and results in too many error clicks. For people that have used Hubspot for years, this change is challenging.   You need to offer a selectable choice for either horizontal or vertical menu navigation in the Settings menu. We need to be able to have a field for job title / role and add that to a signature in a teams preset where certain reps are specialists others are managers.    if we could use custom user properties there that would be great.  ... Mehr anzeigen

We have SalesHub Pro users that send quotes for all entities (Germany, Austria, Netherlands and United States). It is not efficient the way it is at the moment, since those users are forced to manually change their office location information per quote to the respective entity from which the customer expects the quote and will enter in a contract with.   Not only 1 quote has been sent out to e.g. a US customer with the German or Austrian entity leading to the customer request to please quote from the Inc..    Solution: Please generate the option to create several companies/entities with the ability to associate our SalesHub Pro users to multiple entities.  Provide a select company/entity option (dropdown) at quote level OR even at deal level which gets inherited to the quote automatically.   The same option to select an entity would be great for the e-mail signature, too.     ...
