Hi there, We recently looked at onboarding a client to Marketing Starter from Mailchimp, all during the time that HubSpot was switching from Basic to Starter. It appears there is a rather concerning lack in functionality that could be a dealbreaker, and isn't indicated anywhere on the pricing page. I'm sure HubSpot is well aware that without being able to properly authenticate an email sending domain, emails are likely to land exclusively in junk folders, particularly with Outlook, thus rendering one of the major, if not the most important functionalities of the product, rather unfit for purpose.  This is a basic feature that even Mailchimp does as standard! Why this has been taken away is baffling. I'm told this is a limitation the product team is well aware of, and that my feedback, along with that of other Marketing Starter customers, is being taken into serious consideration - as it should be. I need the option to create two related automations.   1. When a deal is created for a Company, I would like to automatically associate the Deal with ALL of the contacts at that Company.   2. Similarly, if a Contact is created at a Company, that has a pre-existing Deal, I want the newly created Contact to automatically be Associated with the Deal.   I tried a few approaches to this using the current Deal / Contact / Company Automations with no luck. There is an option to manually update currencies w/ the current exchange rate in Hubspot.   There are APIs that handle this automatically. Instead of manually updating this monthly, this could be updated in real-time (if desired by the customer).   Example API: https://fixer.io/ ...read more

Unless I'm very much mistaken, the only way for HubSpot administrators / partners to configure things like sales email signatures / meeting links / chat availability or edit profiles of other sales users is by logging in to each individual's account independently.   This is a really cumbersome process, first having to obtain login details for X number of users, and then log in to each account and configure each setting accordingly.   It would be great if this could all be managed from an administrator / partner account. For example, create a bulk-standard thirty minute meeting link that with availability between 9am and 5:30pm, and make that available to every sales user in X team. Or, design one email signature and roll that out to every user (or a specific team), using personalisation tokens to update the custom details. ...read more

The idea here is to give certain people within an account the permission necessary to make global changes to all users / groups of users to ensure everyone is receiving the notifications they need, without each user having to manually manage their own preferences.   Thanks for your consideration! ...read more

While it's always great to help out others in the community and have that reciprocated when looking for solutions myself, it really doesn't make sense to me that the users receiving answers cannot easily view a full profile of those that help them. I've written out my profile, but none of the information is visible to other users. It would be great if anyone I help could actually see who I am and learn a little more about our agency, with my signature on comments linked to our company website etc.   I'm in no way wanting to turn the community into a lead-gen farm - and those type of comments should be actively discouraged - but it would make it far more worth mine and other users time to post solutions regularly, if doing so could result in some inbound leads!  If the helpee has an immediate need for more of the same expertise, it makes sense that they be presented with the ability to easily find out more should they wish. We require that all of the systems/online services used by our sales teams require single sign on (SSO).   Giving hundreds of people across the country the ability to sign in to Hubspot (or any other service) with a simple email address and password is too much of a security risk. (Even with the ability to toggle Hubspot user permissions based on ownership.)   The new Hubspot to Salesforce integration displays a visualforce module that requires our Salesforce users to have Hubspot accounts. But during the Hubspot user setup process, they have the option to create a password.    We need SSO to be the only way to access our Hubspot portal both via a web browser and Salesforce.    If we can not require SSO we will need to revert to a previous version of the Salesforce integration.  ...read more

When attempting to add the upgraded HubSpot visualforce page to a tab in the Lightning object Edit page in Salesforce, the visualforce pages are not available.  Please enable the 'Available for Lightning Experience, Lightning Communities, and the mobile app' setting to the HubSpot visualforce pages.  I would be nice not to be restricted to adding the visualforce page components to the already cluttered page layouts.   ...read more

I would simply like a way to report on who and when someone created a deal. I would like to see a graph or chart that can be refined by month, deal type, and deal creator.
