Having more granular permissions for marketing email templates would be huge. Right now, if we want to grant access to a user to create or save an email as a template, they have to have the Design tools option toggled on. However, this also grants them much more access than is needed, such as website themes, templates, and other global style settings. This is something that should be broken out into it's own permission option so that we can better control who can create marketing email templates without giving them access to all design tools in the portal.  ... In today's high security environments it is utterly amazing that HubSpot restricts the creation of permission sets ONLY to it's enterprise customers.  This is ludicrous in light of current best security practices.  This should be allowed across ANY paid subscription. ... Mehr anzeigen

In my case, this became necessary because I received a new e-mail address within the organization and could no longer use the old one. The active sequences then terminated with “error” and there is no way to continue them. Unfortunately, the system does not indicate this itself, so it initially went unnoticed. However, it would be important to be able to continue the sequences even if, for some reason, the sender address has to be changed. Hi, Working with a Microsoft Exchange account, I have to use another account (a Microsoft 360 one) to benefit from important features from Hubspot : agenda synch...  I am not using this second profile which mainly allows me to connect my Outlook agenda with meetings features (that Hubspot doesn't allow with a microsoft exchange account). However, Hubspot considers my Microsoft 360 account as unused. And every 30 days automatically deletes this account.  Thus I lose my agenda synch which is quite a big problem for me as I use it in landing pages, emails and so on. Would it be possible to stop deleting this secondary account or open every features to Microsoft Exchange users? Thanks     ... Mehr anzeigen

I´m loving the Product updates-page. However, everytime I want to read more, the text opens on the right sidebar with no possibility to enlarge it. Sometimes the updates contain pictures which are difficult to see in the narrow sidebar.     Any chance the "read more" section could be made bigger/placement customizable for user preference?  ... We have some tasks that are extremely critical. We'd like to be able to require popup/browser notifications for those specific queues. RIght now we can only configure that for all tasks.    We only want to ring reps for the more critical tasks. Not every single tasks. This will help us follow up faster with new leads. ... This results in way too many dashbaords that everyone can see. Hard to enforce any data governance.    I would like to flip that. WOuld be better whenever a rep goes to create a report it's private to them only unless they update that and make it visible to other teams.    This would help us a ton on the administrative side.  ...
