Haven't seen this setting - if it exists, feel free to jump in!   As a super admin - I would like the ability to log-in as or impersonate other users. This would allow me to diagnose issues and ensure settings are correct more easily.   For example - changing the bcc email address for one user - I could log into the others accounts and change that for all rather than 1) having all their passwords 2) going over to their computers to change it for them or 3) relying on them to change it themselves.   Our CMS has this feature and our CRM (Sugar CRM) has this feature and it is very useful. ...read more

We love the way you can add custom properties to contacts, companies and deals. I would love to see the same functionality for product attributes (fields associated with Products in the product catalog).   A subset of this would be the ability to import serial numbers of physical products and associate them with a product in the product category representing stock. Wenn adding products to a deal, one could then pick the corresponding serial number and hubspot would make sure, that each serial number could only be used once. Google Analytics has a feature called annotations which allow you to mark a specific date in your reports as the date when a particular change was made. This feature does not exist in HubSpot.   Example Use Case: Today I excluded our internal IP address and enabled Bot Filtering on our web traffic reports. Tomorrow and beyond, unless I wrote it down on a sticky note, I will have no way of knowing from the report when or what changed. ...read more

Very simply put, would be really useful if we could quickly srt the properties in contact setttings alphabetically (for instance when we add new options for a drop-down property with lots already available), instead of new options being placed at the bottom and having to manually drag al the way up the list to where they belong.   Similarly would be good to add new options here in a specific plave by simply entering [RETURN] from the one above. ...read more

Hi there,  since HubSpot is an American company, I can see how it is important to know which state a company sending emails has their locations.  However, in eg. Germany and Switzerland it is not customary and I'd say rather odd to have to include the "state" in any communication. Here, we commonly use the postal / zip code in combination with the city to "track" where someone is based. A common German address looks like this: Company Name Street Address Zip Code  City Country (if needed for international correspondence)   Is there any way to make the field "state" in the email footer settings optional for countries outside the US - or something like that?   Thanks and best,  Vanessa ...read more
