I am running ACT now and there is one (1) feature only that is keeping me from converting to HubSpot paid subscription.   Through an inexpensive and reliable piece of synching software called https://www.companionlink.com I am able to synch the contacts (only) with the built-in, default or "native"  Apple contacts on my iPhone. I was even synching my Blackberry before that went bye bye.   So when the phone rings, the caller name appears on the screen just like you would see if you entered your contacts like any regular call.     I mostly "use" HubSpot on my desktop and very rarely via Mobile but I have the app. I also understand that you can "see" your phone numbers and contacts through the HubSpot portal. This is great if I want to use HubSpot mobile and I will if required but I "just" want to also be able to synch my contacts from HubSpot and use the Apple contacts unless I am running HubSpot. It works flawlessly with ACT so i am hoping there is another way to make it work with HubSpot.       Is there a way to integrate HubSpot so I can synch the basic conbtacts to my iPhone?   I believe that if HubSpot is linked with Google they could use that for synching purposes too.    I am sure they would be interested in developing an API if it is not possible now.    Try downlaoding their 14-day trial.    Please give it some thought. Hubspot periodically sends this message to all super users.  I've seen it happen several times that each person who recieves it thinks they are being personally asked to act on it, and they do it, messing things up.   It would be better if this could be sent to technical people only, or to a specific list. It would be useful to allow users to only be able to use the list filter to pull in contacts that they own or their team owns. Similar to the permission functionality to view or edit an object's record.   Currently, any user can send a marketing email to contacts that shouldn't have access to.   Thanks ... Exibir mais

Some Admins would like to limit permissions for users to only see deals in a certain stage rather than by the current options based on deal ownership, everything, or none. ... Exibir mais

A user currently can change their account user id/email id. This can have a lot of consequences when it comes to account management.  And when anyone changes the account email id, there is no notification to the admin.  ... Exibir mais

I've done a demo with Hubspot, had a call with a sales person and read their website, but I still don't understand what exactly it does. It almost seems like they're being purposefully vague, and I'm just trying to get a handle on how I could use it. Does anyone out there use HubSpot? What: It would be great to have a "switch user" option for users operating in different businesses all using Hubspot   Every user, particularly contractors / marketing professionals etc: We have contractors using Hubspot in other businesses with a different account / email address.  Value to user: Save time and hassle accessing different accounts   Example: like instagram / facebook for example for easy changing over of which account you are using.   Value to Hubspot: More contractors would likely advise businesses to use Hubspot CRM as a user friendly interface   ... Instead of giving access to Enterprise featuers across the board in the develop site - it would be helpful to select services you already have (i.e. starter, professional, sales only)...   I've developed forms thinking they would be avaialbe in the version I have to only discover after hours of development it is not possible. It's very frustrating to have to constantly have ro "check" which featuers are only available on a professional or starter level, espeically if it says forms are included in the CRM Free to only discover after the fact that the logic tool I've used is only available in the Marketing professional.... ...
