Hi there, Since I've created a few more customized properties, I've found it difficult to locate what I need to fill out within either contacts or deals, check the screenshot below. (Failed to upload，I meant the page when I click all properties in the left panel of the deal detail page） If I would be able to relocate the important properties on the top( or maybe hide the properties that I don't need), my life would be much easier. When making a section and you want that to be visible ONLY when a property is chosen. You can ONLY choose one. That has to be more than that. 🙂  ... Afficher plus

In account defaults, all of the default timezones are based off UTC but UTC itself is not available as a selectable option 😔 For a global company that coordinates around UTC this seems like an oversight that's simple to fix 🙏  ... Afficher plus

It would be great if there was a setting that allowed me to control who could see what documents are uploaded to the contact card. For example, When my sales rep is working with a customer and its time to prepare a quote for said customer, I will work with my sale rep to create said quote. That quote is based off of a quote I get from my manufacturer/distributor, however, my sales rep does not need to see the quote from the manufacturer/distributor. I would like to be able to attach the manufacturer/distributor quote as it makes my process a lot easier being able to have everything in one place instead of in various email chains etc. No one customer gets the same pricing as the products I sell are on a built to order scenario.  ... Hello! I have a customer who has requested for HubSpot to amend the file uploader at both the Help Centre and Support Inbox so that it supports PDF, MSG and other popular file formats. While a possible workaround is to upload the files to a file sharing service and to share the URL, being able to upload them directly is more convenient for the customer. As admins we can make account settings to contacts and company records but this does not automatically all acount users' contact / company view. Each user has to individually toggle their settings and press reset to account default. There needs to be a way to push these updates to all users. ... Afficher plus

While I do enjoy getting credit card points for our accounts payments, our accounting department keeps asking if there is a way we could just set up our billing to go directly through ACH to make it easier to manage our credit cards.  Has anyone else figured out how to set this up or is there anything in the works to set this up for our Hubspot accounts? ... It would be great if the account time setting on Hubspot could automatically change when clocks change in spring/autumn.   I'm setting up Hubspot livechat and our team's availability times will be inaccurate when clocks change unless I remember to manually reset the time zone in Account Defaults.  We will either be seen to be available an hour earlier, or livechat won't be available until we've been at work for an hour - depending on which season it is.   Having to reset the time manually is a bit of a nuisance, so automating the system would be a time saver and ensure better customer service for us and our own customers visiting our website.   ...
