Everyone who has a sales seat needs to have access to all contacts - however not everyone should be able to see the communications/emails. For example, an account manager should NOT be able to see the company President's email communication. However, we cannot restrict the account manager from seeing these contacts, as the account manager needs to add clients to different follow up deals. There should be an option under SUPER USERS to Hide communication/correspondence between contacts from everyone. A check box perhaps, "keep communication private". Or for super users only, they have the option to select which messages they what to hide?
