Hello, I was asked to share this idea after chatting with Hubspot Support. The idea is: to keep two factor (2FA) on for everyone (as this is important for security purposes) but allowlist our company's IP address. So everyone inside the company doesn't have to constantly use 2 factor when login in.

When you start writing an email out from Hubspot and for this contact any deals are available the system automatically default associatoin to a DEAL. You have to untick them every time. If you forget to do this - you have wrong associations in the system. Create possiblity to remove automatic/default log for deals when creating email from contact or from ticket.

I would like the fucntionality to default "company" for example as my default search instead of having to check the "company" box every time.

Par exemple, ajouter des périodes comme 1 Jours, 2 Jours, 3 Jours, etc. Plusieurs compétiteurs offrent cette possibilité. Merci!

We have identified a need for a new role to control the management of roles. We would like a subset of users the ability to create and change system wide views. Currently our work-around is to create a specific user just for creating and updating views and then controlling the access to this account.

Hola. Actualmente mis usuarios luego de conectar su correo con el CRM, posteriormente ellos mismos lo desconectan y con esto perdemos muchos procesos comerciales. Deberia ser una opcion para el administrador forzar la conexión de los usuarios si asi lo considera. Agradezco sus votos para que la idea sea tomada en cuenta.

It would be helpful to have a site wide, web page export function that shows all live pages and their performace. So that interanl (non-web) teams can review content/performance metrics and equally get a birds eye view of the site. I can say the same also for the files/images section. Would be helpful and equally help HS save on storage space if there was a way to audit clean-up those type of files, in a way that was intuitive and simple, e.g., quickly identify unlinked images, un-used PDF's copies of video files etc.

Hi folks, Right now I get a daily email at 8:00 AM of my HubSpot tasks for the day. Problem is I'm at my desk by 6:00 AM every morning cranking away. So it's like getting your Domino pizza delivered 2 hours late - its cold and you've already raided the fridge for something else to eat. HubSpot Support advises me that this is a system setting that works off the time zone I'm in (Boston UTC-4). Only way to fix it would be to tell HubSpot I've moved to Greenland (UTC-2) but that would cause a host of other cascading problems I'm guessing. Am I the only one out there that would like to get their list of tasks earlier in their day than the system allows? Bumming in Boston

Everyone who has a sales seat needs to have access to all contacts - however not everyone should be able to see the communications/emails. For example, an account manager should NOT be able to see the company President's email communication. However, we cannot restrict the account manager from seeing these contacts, as the account manager needs to add clients to different follow up deals. There should be an option under SUPER USERS to Hide communication/correspondence between contacts from everyone. A check box perhaps, "keep communication private". Or for super users only, they have the option to select which messages they what to hide?
