Hello, for a future update could you consider allowing multiple setup to the views / list columns views? I have several teams working with different lists. Each team has different needs, therefore they use different information and columns.  The current option is to setup each individual account with the view they need.  Instead it would be much more helpfull if we could save a list view/columns, just like the views for "Contacts" or "Companies". ...read more

Hello HubSpot Team! 😊   First of all, thank you for the amazing tools you provide—they’re a huge help in keeping our workflows smooth! 🙌   I’d like to suggest a small adjustment that could make a big difference in agents' privacy and security. Currently, when agents respond to tickets, their full names are visible to customers. On the other hand, in the chat feature, only the first name is displayed, which feels much more privacy-friendly. We have a large team, and many agents share the same first name. When creating internal notes and tagging team members, not having the full name creates confusion and makes it harder to ensure we’re tagging the right person to check a note. This often leads to delays in resolving tickets or addressing customer needs.   Could we strike a balance where: 1. Only the first name is visible to customers (for privacy and security). 2. The full name is accessible to team members internally for better collaboration and accuracy.   Hiding the full name in tickets (similar to how it works in chats) would help: 1. Protect the privacy and security of our team members. 2. Ensure consistency across the platform for how agent names are displayed. 3. Billing admins should not be notified every time a Breeze credit is used. We urgently need to possibilty to customize the Hubspot Mobile App for our various Teams.  At the moment they can hardly find the tickets, contacts, companies they are looking for. In addition if they look at a specific contact, they can only see the LONG LIST of properties. On the Desktop we display our users much more tailored views so they have every part where it should be (and the rest is not displayed on the overview). It would be greate to have the possibility to also setup "Create Forms" for specific Teams (like the team views).  This would help so much making sure that f.e. each specific teams has by default the most important ticket propertys visible when creating a new ticket. -> we are working with the Business Unit Add-On, so we have to set up many things differently for our teams as they work so individually. ...read more
