Background: As per this Knowledge Base article: Reauthorize or disconnect social accounts from HubSpot,    "HubSpot will attempt to send a reminder email to the user who connected the account, as well as every Super Admin in the account, one week before the account needs to be reauthorized."   Idea: Allow users to choose who recieves the reminder email for social account reauthorization instead of the email being sent to all Super Admin.   Use Cases: Some accounts have various Super Admins who do not work with the Social portion of HubSpot and would prefer not to get a reminder email every 90 days to reconnect and account they do not own.   This may also apply to partners who manager their clients' Social, where we would not want to have clients' panic every 90 days seeing that they have to reconnect their accounts. ...その他を表示

Love the new commenting feature on Notes, however, it seems that in order to get a notification when someone comments on a note you left, you either need to: a) be following the contact.  OR b) the person leaving the comment needs to tag you again.  Is this correct? When @mentioned in a note in a 'deal', 'company', 'contact' i am sent a email notification showing a preview of the comment (see below example):  Notification showing preview However, when I am @mentioned in a 'comment' added to a note on a 'deal', 'company', 'contact' i am sent a email notification that does not show any preview of the comment 😞 (see below example):    notification with no preview This is increadably frustrating as I have to click through to view each and every comment, when I am able to field comments if they have been left as a note... Also, when clicking through from the notification, you arrive in the deal, not on the note that the comment has been added, or the comment itself... this means i have to scroll through to find notes with comments on them, then click through to see if that is where I have been @mentioned....?  This means that i risk not seeing comments as the navigations from notifications is awful and as i have no idea what the comment say's i don't know what i am looking for...! WHY would you change the way you send notifications when you created this new feature?   Terrible UX... 😞   Please fix this so I can always see a preview of the comment I have been @mentioned in. ...その他を表示

Our marketing team has strict brand guidelines and feel the drag and drop email builder gives content creators too much design and layout control. We would like to disable this feature to small number of users.   Please create a user permission to turn off access to this tool.   ...その他を表示

When we type any keyword in the search bar, it should search everywhere within the HubSpot. This way we can make the following thing better: Sometimes we forget about the exact thing which we are looking for but we do remember a keyword or a sentence. If the search bar checks everywhere within the HubSpot (ticket/contact/message/email/comment) we can easily go to the correct place easily. ...その他を表示

Super Admins should have the ability to update user profiles, including user first/last names, image/avatar, contact phone number, and email signature. This would drastically speed up and simplify the on-boarding and support process. ...その他を表示

From a compliance point of view we can see which data imports have been made within an account. However we can't view which users have made exports for lists,..   This could be usefull for full admins in order to have a better view on the compliancy side of things (for example when someone is leaving a company, did he export the full database in the last weeks before his exit?).     ...その他を表示

Anyway that an impersonation feature could be streamlined to the top of the production queue?  I work at a global company and we are trying to set up meeting links for our sales teams.  Unfortunately since meeting links are account specific and admins cannot create them it is resulting in a lot of inconsistency, even with previously provided guidelines for sales.  While I appreciate all the effort that has gone into making meeting links multi-language and easy to set up, having an impersonation feature would make us a lot more consistent and efficient.  We have sales in Asia and Europe and working with them in our separate time zones causes lots of delays when there are problems.  I know HubSpot support already has this feature can it be extended to Super Admins for accounts? ...その他を表示

There should be an ability to suppress a "master" suppression list, so that even people who download content (like competitors) are unable to receive the immediate follow up emails. ...その他を表示
