I have noticed another post about this - but I don't believe it is identical.  The UI has an abundance of wasted space.  All over the place data/information is surrounded by space.  Space usage like that is not helpful especially when I need to see email threads or deals, etc. etc.  It takes two or three times the required space to see one piece of information.  I have an enormous monitor so I can open up web pages and take up a lot of real estate but I am the exception.  For those on standard 22 or 24 inch monitors they are forever scrolling up and down.  Please, please allow us to create a view that will provide us information.  the current layout is elegant and nice, but short on functionality when you need to see data/information.  See my attached screen shots.  One task takes up so much space when it could be compressed to allow more information to be viewable.      Finally, I have no idea what category to place this in as nothing seems to be relevant.  How about adding an User Interface category?   ... In this article, it says 'Click the Used in tab to view where the property is currently used' however this only currently shows the following tools that the property is being used in: forms, lists, chatflows and workflows.    I suggest that we include the below tools where properties can also be used in and also if it is being used as a personalization token so that users can update content if they need to clean up their portal.   In addition, it would be great if we could then make this endpoint available so that customers can easily provide a list of all properties not used by any product in HubSpot, so they can safely delete the property.   Snippets Sales templates Marketing emails Landing pages/Website Pages Templates Playbooks  Reports Surveys Sequences ... It would be a good idea if you let users change the backwash colour slightly on Contact Records and Company Records and Deals Sections, to subtle but different colours, as right now, it all looks a bit "samey", so it isn't easy to tell which section of the site you're in.   If there were some subtle/pale backwash colours for each section, then that would make things clearer, subliminally... ... At the moment, when assigning permissions to a user in HubSpot, under CRM Settings Access you can only toggle 'Bulk delete' for all entities (contacts, companies, deals, tickets,  and tasks). I'd like to be able to toggle this functionality for each of the entities separately.   Right now, I don't want most of our users to be able to bulk delete companies and contacts for instance, so they can't accidentally wipe out our entire customer database. However, they occassionally make an error in creating tasks and in such a case I have to bulk delete the tasks for them. I'd like them to be able to bulk delete their own tasks, while not being able to bulk delete contacts/companies.  ... Afficher plus
