I wish that the Active list on the side , when viewing your contacts lists, could be pulled away, so that I can view my whole list without interference. Thanks in advance, Michelle

A number of feature requests have popped up for OOO changes to lead allocation and uneven distribution of leads, but another helpful request would be that leads are allocated based on availability. For instance: User A works 9 - 3 User B works 12 - 6 User A has no leads allocated after 3, User B has no leads allocated before 12. This would aid leads being handled by the user who is working at the time the enquiry comes in, not potentially sitting in an inbox waiting to be actioned.

I think sorting is a very important and also a basic function of a tool. I understand the reason of using the owner's ID for filtering and sorting as owner's ID will never change. However, no one will recognise the owner's ID, we will only recognise the owner's name mostly is our colleagues' names. Can HubSpot use owner's name for filtering and sorting? This will make HubSpot more user-friendly, thank you.

Hi! It would be great to have a (hyperlinked) lookup property type as an option for custom properties so that a user can reference a Contact record already in the database, and click on it to navigate directly to the Contact record (similar to how Associated Contacts work today). Use Case: We want to track Companies/Contacts that referred a prospect on a Deal record. It's important for us to track this because we reward Customers that refer prospects to us. Having the ability to lookup an existing Contact to choose as the value in a custom property as the Referrer, and the ability to click on that Contact name and their assoiciated Company and go right to that record means (1) less room for error in choosing the correct Contact and (2) less time/clicks to get to the record if a user wants to see more detail about that Company/Contact that referred the prospect (from a Deal record).

The inbox that forwards messages now adds that inbox email address to new conversations and we are having to go back and delete that email address. If we reply from the conversations inbox, it is often creating a duplicate ticket because our hubspot@ account is emailing the + 1 email each time as well.

Calculated properties would be significantly more useful if you could combine number and date critieria. For example, total value of deals in the past 18 months, or total number of deals in the past 18 months. This would allow for much more granular segmentation based on contract purchasing trends, and can't currently be achieved using workflows or other workarounds besides exporting your data out of the HubSpot system.

Hi - So when I set up a landing page with additional assets including; a form, follow up email, a call to action etc. I have several content creators and other staff viewing pages, completing forms, clicking on call to actions and so on. There needs to be a way that we can easily distinguish and exclude and development, testing, staff or other internal traffic when reporting for landing pages and associated assets. Perhaps this could be a url parameter = `?text=true`. Or this could be driven combination of hubspot users and a custom csv of email addresses to exclude

We can change our date display in settings but it doesn't carry over the date setting for imports, so we keep user-erroring and just clicking through and all our dates go backward. It would be a good UI improvement if the default date setting for import matched our regional settings, as we very rarely want US date format on our imports.

We run multiple sales teams inside our Enterprise Sales Hub, it would be beneficial to be able to have templates available for the different teams as in Quotes meeting link colors to match the sales teams' website, company information at the bottom, etc.

As an admin, it would be really great in the properties settings to be able to filter on whether there are any properties not currently in use (i.e. have 0 records with a value for this property) or properties which have not been used to apply a value to a record in over a year (or other time period). I'm currently undertaking a property audit, to clear out any unused or old properties, and ensure we keep things clean. Currently in order for me to find either of these pieces of information out, I either need to jump out and use filters in lists to see if X property has been updated since X date or by clicking into each property and look at the used in tab (as pictured below). This means I have to do this for each and every property - instead of having a quick view that I can start as a basis from for an audit, and save loads of time in the process. With nearly 300 properties to go through, it does put me off wanting to clean the back end up, but from a useability standpoint it's good to ensure only relevant properties are available so if there's anything HubSpot could do to speed this up (eventually), it would be much appreciated.
