In addition to (or as an alternative option to) the "Never Log" option (Preferences => Integrations => Email Integrations => Log and Track), please add an "Always Log" option to whitelist a list of select email addresses and domains.  Another useful option would be to have a flag to "Only log existing contacts", meaning any contact that isn't already in HubSpot contacts would not be tracked.   My use case is that I use one gmail account for personal use as well as business (using a separate email address), and only want to turn on "Log and Track" for business emails and not for personal emails.  I could add my entire personal email addressbook to the "Never Log" list, but that has a limit of 100 addresses or domains.   Thanks y'all! ...read more

Have had a few customers asking for something similar. Super admin access does not allow admins to have the same access to specific tools as someone with a sales seat such as editing playbooks. In certain circumstances, the super admin and executive needs to be able to access and edit these sales tools for the sales team to use, but not for personal use. This currently requires a sales seat but the executive is not someone who needs this sales seat in their current position. Is there anything in development that would allow Super admins access to everything without using this Sales/service seat or having to pay additionally for it?   ...read more

Hello! Over a year ago I worked on a collaborative design project where I sent a list of resources to an agency. Since then, I have received between 1-4 notifications PER DAY from a particular email address. I'd love it if these notifications would stop, as the job ended over 8 months ago. I've since contacted the individual who seems associated with the notification & BOTH of us have deleted all contact info and emails or files from the other...but the notification persists. It is triggered by the Chrome extension. I understand that the email could have been forwarded to others who are triggering the notification, but I have no way to find out who they are. Hey everyone, so, we are haveing a lot of issues on the permissions across all the Sales Hub, but one that really can hurt us is on the deal level:     Right now those are the only options, but ideally we should be able to set specific fields as locked for specific roles/users, like "Deal Amount" if we want to use only the Products to append the amount, for example. If we want to track revenue and even comission sales/cs based on that, the data must be 100% trustable! And this is just one use case, but more depht on the specific fields and actions on records would be huge for us (60+ Sales people, 50+ CS people and 20+ support people using HS). ...read more

One of the problems we've faced when adding HubSpot scripts and functionality to our website, is that they are loaded from various domains and sub-domains. We have a CSP in place for security reasons, so all script, iframe, form, image sources, etc. need to be put on the whitelist before they're loaded.   I'm sure there's a good reason why the scripts come from so many different domains, but perhaps a good solution would be to put a page in the knowledge base, with a table that details what you'll need to add to your CSP for all the different functionalities of HubSpot (tracking, forms etc.), which we can then copy.   Apologies if this already exists - I can't find it.   Link to CSP documentation ...read more

It would be great to have a 'selective' double opt-in feature in HubSpot.   Currently, it is only possible to disable double opt-in for certain pages created in HubSpot. But when creating new contacts in other ways (e.g. via the API), it is not possible.   This is an issue for us, because we use the API to sync contacts who register through our website. When they register, we effectively send them a double opt-in email already as part of the registration process.
