When translating content, Breeze AI is currently limited to a subset of languages supported by DeepL.   It would be great to support all or a larger subset. Any language helps your global customers.   In our case, we are a Barcelona company, our local language is Catalan. I'd like to propose an enhancement to the editor interfaces in HubSpot that could significantly improve user workflow and productivity. Currently, e.g. in the Marketing Email Editor, there's an "Exit" button in the top left corner that takes users back to the Marketing Email overview:   The "Exit" button in the top left corner of the Marketing Email Editor   While this is useful in some scenarios, our team has observed that it doesn't always align with our workflow needs. We suggest adding an "Open in New Tab"-option or something similar next to or instead of the current "Exit"-button. This would allow users to open the Marketing Email overview in a new tab while keeping the current email draft open for editing.   Benefits: 1. Users can reference other emails without losing their place in the current draft. 2. Ability to work on multiple emails simultaneously. 3. Easy access to the full email list for inspiration or consistency checks. 4. Minimizes the risk of unintentionally leaving the email draft.   Use Case: When crafting or editing an email, we often need to reference other emails for consistency in style, content, or design. The current "Exit"-button forces us to manually open the other emails in additional tabs; involving several tiring clicks until we get to the emails we want to open, and potentially losing our train of thought.   An "Open in New Tab"-option – also in other HubSpot editor interfaces (e.g. for CTAs, Blog, Website and Landing Page) – would seamlessly solve this issue. When you connect a domain for a free or starter account, the default is that the domain is available for the website, blog, and landing pages.   It is optional how you configure the domains for Pro and Enterprise, but this might also impact those users depending on the domain/subdomain chosen for the blog vs website.   A user connects their domain and expects to publish their website home page on the root domain.   They get an error that a page already exists with that page path, despite not having created any other content.   This is happening because the blog listing page URL hasn't been set.   Once a blog is created, the user can add a page path to the Blog Slug and the blog listing page is no longer parked on the root domain, allowing the home page to publish.   This has popped up at least 20 times in the last few weeks here in the community and it's causing a lot of confusion.   When a domain is connected, the root domain should be reserved for the website and since a blog listing hasn't been created yet, there should be a temporary path for "blog" until the user configures something. ...read more

New users to HubSpot are publishing their website and connecting their DNS, only to find the root domain has a 404 error and the URL with the language slug (e.g. /en-gb) is the only way to reach their site.   Removing/updating the language settings after the DNS results in a 404 error until the server cache resets, which further compounds the issue.   It would be great if the defaults for language settings would look like this:   And the user has the option to turn "Use prefix in slug" on, instead of off.   This question has come up multiple times in different forms ever since this feature was added (ex 1, ex 2, ex 3, ex4, ex 5...) ...read more

Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

Developers are limited to using version 5.14.0 and can't update themes to version 6.   Who: developers creating themes and marketers using themes What/goal: ability to use the latest icon sets Value: adds backwards compatibility   If the theme was created with 5.0.10 it is not possible to update to 5.14.0 because 5.14.0 is not downward compatible with 5.0.10. Updating the icon_set would break the icons on existing website pages where 5.0.10 was used.   Fontawesome introduced downward compatibility with version 6, but since HubSpot doesn't allow version 6, it's not possible to update existing themes.   Editing to include that without this update, users can't select TikTok or the new Twitter X icons.   Editing to include the icon field now supports v6.4.2 which works for all new themes or custom themes (doesn't resolve backwards compatibility issue). ...read more

Hey friends!  So today I was trying to troubleshoot a countdown timer video that I included on a landing page. I made sure all the settings were set up properly so that it auto-plays the video, and the video controls are hidden for the user. The whole idea is to create pressure to incentivize the audience to fill out my landing form quickly. However, I realized that if at any point the user travels away to another tab and then comes back, the countdown timer video will pause and a play button will appear (which obviously negates the illusion I'm trying to create of increasing the pressure for them to submit the form). I spent a good amount of time troubleshooting this with Nick from HubSpot today and he and I tested a few different options to no avail.  I would really love to formally request that a module be added for HubSpot users for a countdown timer. It would be great if that were an integral module option in HubSpot to add to a landing page, hopefully to prevent the countdown timer from stopping/pausing if the audience travels away from the page.  We see countdown timers used online through various shopping outlets, whether you're placing an order for a discounted item on a website or getting those highly coveted Taylor Swift tickets, that countdown timer provides just the right amount of pressure to incentivize the audience to fill out the form. In my specific instance, I have a Facebook boosted post offering a free planning guide if they click on the link to my landing page. Then once they get to the landing page it has the countdown timer video I made (in Canva and then uploaded to HubSpot as an mp4 video file). And in the video I said they would get a 2nd guide free if they submit the form within 3 minutes. I know that this method works to get people to submit the form. I just wish the video play for my countdown timer weren't so wonky. 😅  I'm sure an integral countdown timer module in HubSpot would deliver the pressure I want to create more effectively, and all would benefit from having that option.  ...read more

Hi - I'd like to request that the option to change the order of bookmarks, and move items up/down the list without having to remove and re-add items to change the order.   More than once I've accidently removed a bookmark of a page from that drop-down, and there's no way to put that page back in the same spot, without removing each page and re-bookmarking.   If this feature isn't possible, the other request would be to remove the "remove bookmark" option from the bookmarks menu, which would limit accidentally clicking an option and having to rebuild.   Other than that - love bookmarks, that's my only complaint.  Thanks! ...read more

This is a two-for-one idea.    First, ideally searching would open a search window that could be recalled once clicking away by using the browser's back button.     Second, the search results would be a customizable table or card view.    As a sales rep, I'd like my search to open in a window, so that I can return to my search results if I click on the wrong result, without re-searching.     As an admin, I'd like to customize the fields shown for search results. I'd like to do this from a search layout, not a field option, so I can see exactly the way the search will appear for users and design an optimized view.  ...read more
