Hi, our customer support team would love to separete the sounds of the inboxes. We struggle that all inboxes have the same sound notification, and we can not make a difference, if it´s a live chat message or a email. If we could make a difference between the sounds, we would know immediately, if a message has to be responsed within seconds (live chat), or if it´s ok, to get to it later on (emails). Thanks
