Would like to request implementation of a one Comprehensive View/Dashboard of all current notifications enabled/disabled by users. I use payment links for newsletter subscriptions advertised on my website. I offer a 14 day free trial before the customer is charged. If a customer signs up via my payment link, I do not receive any notification from hubspot because the payment is delayed for 14 days. Currently, the only way I can find out if somebody signs up for one of my subscriptions is going to the Commerce - Subscription page. I manually add new subscribers to a static list but it would be nice to have a notification when the payment link is used versus having to check the Commerice/Subscription page several times a day. ...read more

Hi there,    It would be great to have filter options for inbox DENY and ALLOW lists.    Gmail for instance has the capability to; deny emails, including subject titles and additional words.    Currently, HS only offers to deny or allow the email address, but this is a limitation when several notifications come from the same email address - some that are critical and others that are not.  ...read more

okay so sales reps and other end users do NOT care about your little pop up that just says " try the refreshed  navigation". They also do not want to click the "x" button to close the popup about viewing all propeties on the LHS.    My point is this. Just opt them in automatically, let them opt out if they really hate it, stop giving them the ability to be apathetic towards ya'lls amazing feature releases.    many don't want hubspot to be better, and thus avoid adopting and using your new features. On occasion, a user will request that her/his notification settings be changed. I know it is a simply matter for the user to do this for her/himself. It would be convenient, however, if a super admin could change the preferences for another user.  ...read more

I love the Manage Duplicate Records tool. But not everybody in the organisation does.    It would be helpfull to show a warning/information on a record detail page if HubSpot found a potential duplicate. This way you get a hint if potentially two sales reps are working with the same contact on two records.  ...read more

I am a product support specialist. Obviously there are some custom workarounds, however it would make a ton of sense to have default slack notifications configurable when prospects visit your website.    For some reason this one setting category appears totally different and doesn't integrate with slack by default. No side-by-side checkboxes like the other sections.    That should be changed, as obviously having a custom set of  notificaitons could get hard to maintain at a certain scale.      ...read more
