Ability to look at the month and see what sequences are scheduled. Or any type of calendar view to collaborate on content - for example, a calendar view with proposed sequences for this month, and people can collaborate on the content (body of email, proposed audience, subject line, etc) + get tasks assigned to them. You can also do this with marketing content, social media content, any content really.   I think it applies especially well for sequences because the automatic follow ups are extremely difficult to schedule. "3 day delay" is a lot more brain work and confusing then selecting "july 10", and seeing an overall calendar view is a lot easier for the company to get a grasp on what's being worked on + scheduled ...read more

HubSpot, The notification bell 🔔 is very handy at the top of the browser, but as soon as you click to read the notification content and perhaps click away, the notification bell icon no longer shows the badge number of how many notifications are currently unread in that list.  It is easy to forget that you have other unread notifications.  🅾️   Is there a way to keep the red number of notifications there until all are read?  If you start off with 5 and then only read one, you should be able to see at the bell a red with a #4 in it telling you that there are still 4 unread notifications in that area. ...read more

I think that the ability to send programmatic in-app notifications using a Notifications API would be a great addition to HubSpot.   Use-Cases: 1. I have a swag system that sends swag packages to contact its connected to HubSpot using custom objects and it would be really nice if I could send a notification to the owner when a package is delivered. 2. We would like to have an Opted Out of Calls property for both Contact and Company objects and would like this linked to the Call option on the record. If the record is opted out of calls, when you click to call on HubSpot, it should appear with a message to warn they have been opted out before someone makes the call.  We currently only have this option for emails. It would be great if we could edit the subject lines of those notifications as, when we respond to incoming leads, we have to manually update the subject line every time although using a template email response. Not efficient to write the same subject line 400 time per year. ...read more

When you miss a call in HubSpot it will automatically send you a web notification that you missed a call, but it's displaying only the number, not the person's name or any other useful details. You have to click on the notification and it will open more info. Having the missed number with the person's name in the notification would be useful.    I see how this won't work if there are multiple associations to the number, however, for one association only numbers this option would come in handy. ...read more

The new SLA feature does not work on tickets created via the direct integration with Aircall (API), through a workflow or manually from the tickets on the index page. It only works on tickets created via chat or sent via email.     SLA's should not be limited by the contact method, or at the very least have the option as to what contact method they should be applied to.   Additionally the ability to add multiple SLA's, per inbox or globally, with the ability to apply them based on Company/Contact, either through domain identification or new field indicating the object is subject to an SLA, would allow us to apply specific SLA conditions based on our service contracts.    Currently we have to manually mange this process and it can, potentially,  be a considerable business risk to miss anything.  ...read more

As far as I can tell it is not possible to have an audible alert for website visits (unless you are using the 'Website Visits' prospects tool, where you can set desktop pop-up notifications). The website visit notifications only sit under email alerts - you can not set desktop alerts for this. Along with an email alert, you can enable feed alerts, which push through to the Chrome extension, however, neither feed alerts nor the Chrome extension off an audible 'ding'.
