Hi there,    It would be great to have filter options for inbox DENY and ALLOW lists.    Gmail for instance has the capability to; deny emails, including subject titles and additional words.    Currently, HS only offers to deny or allow the email address, but this is a limitation when several notifications come from the same email address - some that are critical and others that are not.  ...read more

It's disruptive to be getting 'contact permanently deleted' emails and there's no way of disabling it. If users were to delete individual contacts, this will generate multiple emails - cluttering the admin's inbox.    There should be a function to disable it. Thanks team. ...read more

As stated on the knowledge base, only super admins are allowed to receive notifications for when a payment is initiated or fails, when a payment is received, and when a payout is created or fails.  It would be nice to have more granular control of this for non Super Admin users.  ...read more

Hi, our customer support team would love to separete the sounds of the inboxes. We struggle that all inboxes have the same sound notification, and we can not make a difference, if it´s a live chat message or a email. If we could make a difference between the sounds, we would know immediately, if a message has to be responsed within seconds (live chat), or if it´s ok, to get to it later on (emails). Currently, there is no way to track internal email notifications. If the intended recipient recieved or opened the notification.  This is pretty detrimental to tracking internal communications within our organization. There is no ability to list out all the records that you follow. Since you automatically follow contacts you own, you could filter by that to see the majority of what you follow, but there isn't currently a full list.     It would be helpful to have either a filter or a section under "Your Perferences" in Settings which will list the Deals, Contacts, Tickets, etc. that you follow. The ability to unfollow records directly from this list would also be helpful.   The goal here would be an easy and effective way to manage records that you follow to reduce uneeded notifications. ...read more
