When creating a task, it defaults to being due at 5 pm. There is no way to change the default for this. You need to manually change every task which is time-consuming. There should be an option for default this time to one of your choosing.  ...read more

We have quite a number of workflows in HubSpot that classify, notify, assign tasks and owners. If such users are out of office, processes get stuck in the dead end waiting for the users to eg come back from vacation. We are using rotation in some cases to make sure that eg an initial follow up still takes place by a team member even if the initial user didn’t react in time. We also added delays of 1 day to make sure the initially selected users had the opportunity to work on a task. After that delay a rotation takes place. Bad enough that the first user was out of office, the next that received the task via rotation was OoO as well. We cannot delay and rotate again and again until we finally find one that actually works on the follow up action. Please add an option where users (and as a fallback the team lead/delegate) can set themselves Out of Office and define their delegate to make sure that important workflows don‘t get stuck due to absence or at least get delayed by several days until rotation finally found a user. We currently have custom properties for contacts, deals, companies and tickets. We need custom properties for activities too, which means custom properties for task, meetings, calls, etc.   Examples:  - Calls: Aircall has to "print" text into the description for the call output - Meetings: we want to confirm them 2 times. We can record in a structured way whether the meeting has been confirmed. - Tasks: we'd like to have importance and urgency as inputs to define priority. We currently can't.   It's going to all allow finer management of tasks, calls, meetings, basically all activity types which a pre-requisite for activity-based workflows: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Activity-based-Workflows/idi-p/204852   As different activity types (calls vs meetings vs tasks) require different information, Hubspot should allow Admins to select which customer property applies to which activity type. ...read more

Hi,   I think your team is on the right track adding a Task Priority option.  Now all you need to do is allow us to customize the selections there.  Perhaps it could be capped at 5 options to avoid clutter, but there must be more then "high".   This is CRITICAL for sales functionality.  In fact it is remarkably helpful for automation purposes as well.   It seems most of the work is done on this feature, just need to move it from a C- to an A now. ...read more

Hey team, posting on behalf of a customer.   It would be great if we could customize the task reminder frequency. At present, there are a set few options, but if we could edit the number of days/weeks/months that we want to send out a task reminder, that would be helpful in allowing us to have some versatility on when the task owner is contacted.   Thanks! ...read more

Relaying a much needed feature to be back:   In need for the ability to select "create task to follow up in X days" directly in the Conversation Inbox. When I am looking tasks I can filter by state, title, type, date and the owner of the task but I can´t filter by the contact or deal thats is associated with the task and it`s makes difficult the work of my team, because we need to know if a contact or deal has more than one task associated.
