Role/team:            For Sales Teams Goal and value:     Work cold and warm leads effectively   Queue Containing Tasks & Leads   Previously, we used CRM > Tasks > Start Tasks for warmer leads and Workspaces > Prospecting for cold leads, due to the Prospecting workspace’s limited task editing and inability to view task due times. This required keeping two tabs open: one for the Tasks Queue and another for Prospecting.   With the recent upgrade, the Sales Workspace now allows users to view and edit task due dates and times, streamlining task management. However, managing tasks and leads from a single screen remains challenging, so the use of two tabs continues.   The remaining need is a unified queue that integrates tasks and leads without associated tasks. Salespeople should be able to complete their tasks and, if the next task isn’t due for an hour, seamlessly work on new or cold leads from the same screen, eliminating the need to switch between tabs.   Leads' Queue Can Take Filters When applying advanced filters (e.g., Last Activity or Time Zone) from the Leads tab in the Sales Workspace and clicking "Start Queue," the filters reset and are not applied.   Our team has reported this issue, and HubSpot support confirmed that the filters are not retained when starting the queue.   It is essential for the filters to persist, whether applied before or within the queue, as the product update is nearly ineffective if users cannot see the desired filter options. ...read more

When a task is created on the company page it doesnt automatically associate it with the deal  So when looking at a pipeline it is showing 'no activity scheduled' when there actually is.   How can we change this? ...read more

It would be amazing to have task-based workflows!   We have various things generating tasks - especially sequences. Task queues don't solve every problem - and many situations are more nuanced. As a result, tasks have become more cumbersome to manage - costing our team time rather than helping us save time when getting things done.   Would be AMAZING to have task-based workflows that: trigger when things happen to tasks to create actions and automation in other areas of HubSpot take action like making edits to tasks that have been created by users or through other means of automation (workflows + sequences)   This would allow us to assign or reassign tasks, edit other task properties, and even delete/complete tasks, all based on numerous conditions across HubSpot. ...read more

Would be great if the tasks section synced to the Microsoft 365 environment. Feels like the most logical place would be the new Planner section of Teams (previously known as Microsoft To Do) as I think that would also sync into Outlook tasks aswell.   Would make task management and delegation so much easier! ...read more

We currently have custom properties for contacts, deals, companies and tickets. We need custom properties for activities too, which means custom properties for task, meetings, calls, etc.   Examples:  - Calls: Aircall has to "print" text into the description for the call output - Meetings: we want to confirm them 2 times. We can record in a structured way whether the meeting has been confirmed. - Tasks: we'd like to have importance and urgency as inputs to define priority.
