On the record page for a contact, we see their name, job title, and just below we see a row of very useful buttons: Note, Email, Call, Log, Task and Meet. My Data Protection Officer issued the current implementation of the email collection within the Chatflows. I activated the email collection feature in the chatflow and also the double optin feature in the emaill configuration and expected to send / receive double opt-ins after providing a email address within the chatflow. Well in short: That is not the case!   I contacted the support and they confirmed that there is no such implementation in place... I should manually send opt-in email or upgrade to a higher plan which also includes workflows which allow such implementation.   This is not feasible and also not well thought by HubSpot. With this implementation it is not able to use HubSpot (or this feature) aligned with GDPR compliance. Apparently most Hubspot users operating in Europe send out Meeting Links to exising contacts instead of embedding them on their websites. When collecting personal data from prospects all of us need to make sure we have the explicit consent to process that data. The Hubspot Forms in the Marketing Tools in fact pay respect to that by enabling Hubspot users to add/edit the respective field to the form: after enabling GDPR settings generally or for a specific form you can edit the form and under other form fields add or edit the GDPR field; the drop down let's you choose between legitimate interest, - which you should choose only if you know what you are doing - a checkbox for consent for communication and a simple text for data processing (which is standard for no reason if you ask me), or checkboxes for both consent for communication and consent for data processing (the latter is then automatically a required field as it should be). Only the last option is the safe option here; the "standard option" should only be used if you already have this contact in your crm and have the consent from another source; it is practical when you additionally want your contact to join a marketing list for example.   Now to the actual issue I and basically all Hubspot users operation in the EU have: when we send out a Meetink Link to a contact we obviously do have the consent from another source to process their data or we would be in dangerous violation of the GDPR. BUT when we want to embed the meeting link on a website to turn prospects into leads I need to have that additional consent for data processing checkbox. Sadly when we edit the form that is integrated into the Meeting Link there is no way to add that. Although it would have been logical to add it here when it was added to the GDPR form field... this was pretty new in 2020 IIRC... so apparantly nobody noticed this discrepancy in the last 3 years. Except I pointed it out 3 years ago while working for a different company. So how about someone at Hubspot implements the same option Forms have to the Meeting Link forms? Hi,   The conversation inboxes are displayed in a different order, in different places, as follows: - in settings page they are displayed in alphabetical order, while - in conversations page, as well as the mobile app, they are displayed in the order they have been created.   I made 2 new test inboxes to see what I am talking about (see the screenshot below).     So I think I think it would be logical to have them sorted alphabetically everywhere (by default).   This helps a lot because if you work with many inboxes and want a particular ordering, you could just rename them in a way that would affect the display order (e.g. using prefixes like 1-, 2- , 3- etc).   A similar issue is with the snippets too. When you create the snippets you have to option to see them ordered alphabetically but when you acces them from the email window, you see them ordered alphabetically but in a reversed way. See below:       So I would suggest that the display order should be alphabetically and in the right order, in this case too. For those who are fine or prefer the "creation date order" the dev team could add a combobox button in settings, where the user is able to select weather he want the inbox/snippets to be ordered by creation date or alphabetically.   Thx for you attention with this matter. ...read more

It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more

We have two types of customers - wholesale and retail. The wholesale customers are tagged using an integration called Wholesale Gorilla. When we utilise the shopify integration into hubspot, we end up with a whole lot of our retail customer contacts - which we don't want or need in our Hubspot CRM.   We have subsequently switched off this integration altogether. Now we have to manually enter our wholesale customer details.  What we would prefer is to re-install the integration and have it recognise the tags and only import customer contact details if they are tagged with "wholesale" tags. ...read more
