The social tool on Hubspot is very limited compared to other competitors. My company just moved our MKT activities to Hubspot and I am missing a lot of useful social media features we used to have in our former platform.   Things that would be cool to have: Scheduling of stories / IGTV videos / and reels  Analytics reports for stories / IGTV videos / reels  Hashtag tool to search and analyze performance + analytics reports A place to save captions for social media posts - So we can use the same caption later on future posts An Instagram grid with scheduled posts - so we can see how the design of our single posts are working together when they are seen in a grid. That way we can fix scheduled posts before they go live if they are not working well with the overall feed.  ...read more

This is a feature request:   I'd like to see what the best times of day and week are to post on social media, especially on Linkedin. I am familiar with the general guidance that is out there, including the one that Hubspot published. Hello HubSpot team,    I've noticed that we are able to create Ads for posts after they have been published via the Actions dropdown menu.  Just wondering if a future implementation could be to create Ads in the Actions dropdown menu for scheduled posts too - just to boost posts in advance and avoid having to wait until they are published, especially if the post is being scheduled to go live after work hours.      Currently doing this process through Facebook Ads Manager, but hoping to move over to work through this process Hubspot.    https://knowledge.hubspot.com/social/boost-your-facebook-social-posts-in-hubspot   Thanks so much, Kloe ...read more

It would be really useful to have tools to analyse social media demographics so that marketing teams could identify where their audience is located. This could enable teams to understand their audiences better, as well as help to measure progress if you are trying to grow your audience in a certain region. ...read more

To manage evergreen content it would be great if there was the ability to select multiple dates when scheduling a post.  This way you create the post once, select multiple dates for say over the next 12 months and then click schedule.  Done! Thanks Jackie ...read more

The following features are missing when you are posting on LinkedIn through Hubspot: tagging a person - you can only tag a company page from hubspot. You can tag people as well directly on Linkedin. For example, I want to share a blog and I want to mention the author. I can't do that on Hubspot. I have to do it on LinkedIn. Posting a video - You can't add a thumbnail or video title while posting from Hubspot whereas you can do that on LinkedIn. Hope these issues are resolved. ...read more
