A delete option is needed for social accounts that are expired, especially when the HubSpot user is deactivated. It is important to remove social accounts for employees that are no longer at the company. Currently the social accounts that are expired indicate that status and only have an option to reconnect. We use the Social tool to publish to multiple LinkedIn accounts. Over time, as employees leave the company their individual LinkedIn profiles become disconnected from HubSpot. Right now, those accounts remain listed in the Social settings area (with the LinkedIn icon and an “Expired” status), even after they are fully disconnected. This creates clutter and confusion for admins, because: We see a growing list of expired LinkedIn profiles that can no longer be used. It’s harder to quickly identify which connections are still valid for posting. These old accounts often belong to deactivated or former employees, so we don’t want them visible in the settings UI. Requested enhancement Please add a way to fully remove or archive these expired LinkedIn connections so they no longer show in the Social settings list. For example: A “Delete” or “Remove from list” action for disconnected/expired social accounts, or An “Archived / Hidden accounts” view that lets admins clean up the main list. This would make social account management much clearer, especially for teams with frequent staffing changes or many individual LinkedIn profiles connected.
