Have you had a social post drafted within HubSpot and it's suddenly not there? Was it deleted but you don't know who deleted it, nor can you recover the lost content? There is currently no functionality within HubSpot that offers a recycle bin for deleted social drafts or an audit log, to determine who has deleted the content.  This is extremely high risk if you don't have a backup of the content internally and have multiple users who have access to the social tool. I'd like to propose a recycle bin that stores - for 30 days - deleted drafts or deleted scheduled posts. Hi,    when you associate ad campaigns with a HubSpot Campaign, ad budget and ad spend will automatically sync (more details here).   You can't edit or remove, in HubSpot Campaigns, ad budget and spend data that are synced from your ad campaign. To manage them, you have to open the ad campaign page and endit the ad campaign itself.     When you work with long-run ad campaigns, it's common you associate already-running ad campaigns with the HubSpot Campaign. These ads started before the HubSpot Campaign start date. In these cases, the entire ad budget is automatic added to the HubSpot Campaign and affectCampaign Goals and metrics.    We would like to be able to select data ranges for the Campaign tool to consider when calculating the budget to be allocated to the campaign itself. ... We're currently forced to use Bitly for custom branded short links on social. Whereas HubSpot natievely supports marketing sms branded links. Why arent these two of the same? It's supported in one place, but not the other. Make things consistent!  ... Mehr anzeigen

As a marketing team, we rely heavily on Instagram’s visual layout to maintain a cohesive feed. The ability to preview the IG grid while scheduling posts would be very beneficial.  At the moment, there’s no way to see how upcoming posts will appear in the feed directly within HubSpot.  Instagram is the only platform where visual layout impacts performance and engagement this directly. Having a grid preview built into the scheduling tool would save time, reduce errors, and keep everything streamlined in one place. Would love to see this functionality added. Quite simple, wouldn't mind having more than 10 posts per page in the scheduler.    If find it annoying when cloning things and they are spread over multiple pages. You can't select over pages.   And it would be good to just see more than the last 10 posts.  ... Mehr anzeigen

Is there any plans to integrate further social channels? Pinterest is a core channel of ours but isn't available to post across in Hubspot, TikTok would also make a useful addition ... Mehr anzeigen

HubSpot says that LinkedIn boosted posts can't be tracked, but we've had some that do seem to track properly, even to the contact-tracking level. Others show contact tracking as pending or with an error, likely because of @ mentions included in the post (would love to see a resolution to this limitation).   The fact that some are tracking properly while other's aren't is making our social tracking a mess. Some are tracking as organic while others are paid; some we get granular tracking for, while others we get none.   Would definitely appreciate consistent, contact-level tracking on all boosted posts! ...   HubSpot has come so far, especially with Breeze AI. But it’s frustrating that we still can’t upload PDFs for LinkedIn posts directly from HubSpot. It's a huge part of B2B content marketing now, and not having it in-platform really slows us down. Carousels drive way more engagement, clicks, and impressions. B2B audiences love scrolling through quick one-pagers. Manually uploading PDFs to our LinkedIn page means I lose HubSpot tracking. I have to measure carousel posts separately from everything else therefore, reporting gets messy. It’s a small thing that would make a huge difference. Would love to see it prioritized! 👋 ...
