Hey product team. I was at GROW Europe on Tuesday, and a key recommendation was about not including external links on social posts and dropping them down in the comments instead to increase impressions and engagement. The only issue is, we schedule all our socials through HubSpot and there is only the option in Instagram to be the first to comment that I can see. Are there plans to add this same field for LinkedIn, Facebook and X too? Otherwise we'd have to be poised and ready to post the CTA in the comments immediately after the post has posted which isn't obviously ideal especially as we're a global team working in different time zones. Currently, there is no functionality to post Reels or Stories to Instagram from HubSpot. This is extremely important as Instagram continues to transition to a heavily video content platform. Are you looking into implementing this feature anytime soon? If so, when? ...read more

While multiple images are allowed for Twitter and Facebook, only one is allowed for Instagram. All other social media scheduling platforms allow for multiple, can we get that capability in HubSpot as well? ...read more
