UTM content issue. When using the SOME posting in Hubspot and adding a UTM content tag, the reports in the analytics module will only show the post ID when filtering by UTM content. This is not very user friendly and messes up the reporting. It also passes the post ID to Google Analytics rendering the data there useless as well. I have reached out to support and they say the social link shortening is working as expected and the utm_content parameter will automatically be changed to the HubSpot post ID. If I try to do a re-post on LinkedIn post within Hubspot from a colleague, it does not contain the text content from the original post when I do a preview. The original post was not initiated from Hubspot. Is this possible to overcome? The answer from support is the limitation here exists because HubSpot posts to Linkedin through their API, and it doesn't include a preview of the post when done via API ... Mehr anzeigen

I love the batch social media upload function. I wish wish wish, I could go back and select multiple posts at once to edit. I will batch upload 15 posts and then need to make last minute edits to like 4 of them. Would be so cool to bring them all up at once! ALSO, would be cool to batch upload but assign different campaigns to each post rather than only having the option to tag all of them to one campaign. Thank you! ... Mehr anzeigen

It would be great to be able to upload content into specific pots/pools and create a weekly schedule to post from the posts created at times specified at random from the pot.    This is a feature Hiplay allows companies to currently do, would be great for any social media manager with a current pool of content that they want to be circulating throughout the year  ... Would be helpful if the social post had a "optomization" message (kind of like the blog optomization) that warns the user that there are no hashtags or mentions. ... Mehr anzeigen

Advertisers on Twitter have access to Twitter cards, which make their posts appear more clean and neat (more on it here -> https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-for-websites/cards/overview/abouts-cards ) However, when using the Social tab in HubSpot we cannot fetch these Twitter Cards, but have to post to Twitter directly to be able to use these cards. Also this means we need to add utm parameters to the URL by ourselvers in order to be able to track campaign performance, and it would be much easier if this was just automated with HubSpot. Hi,   We wanted to upload a video in the Social Publishing Tool that would be published on the LinkedIn corporate account and linked private accounts of our employees.   This worked for the corporate account.   When we tried it for the private accounts as well, the error message appeared (see screenshot): "LinkedIn only supports video content for corporate sites."   For us the reason for this is hard to understand. In our team it would be so helpful to be able to have notificacions when we have no longer scheduled posts in a social media platform. Our sales team are using scheduling posts to maintain certain activity in their linkedin profiles but they are not in the Hubspot Social Media Tool every day so it would be a great advice for them. ...
