Currently in the Social analytics you can only view statistics one campaign at a time or all campaigns.  You cannot select two or three campaigns and group them.  This would be a great feature so as the Marketing Director I can provide a customized dashboard for each product manager, each Executive within each Business Unit, etc.   ... Our company is an international digital branding, design, marketing Co. We post a companies instagram on their behalf, and need to reach multiple languages. In social, we only see hubspots facebooks back-end having the "language tool". Could this be added to instagrams back end aswell. Right now, there is no option to choose multiple languages. Therefore we were going to create multiple instagram accounts for one company. Eg: Company: DesignByCement FB Business Page: DesignByCement Instagrams: designbycement_svergie designbycement_english designbycement_german However, your help support suggested I "create this idea" as we do not find a solution on how to have 'multiple instagrams connected to the same fb business page' either. With a big ever expanding company like ours, having more than 1 fb and/ or instagram account is time consuming & complicating what could be simplified. There has been several cases where posts have been published by accident due to the close proximity of the "update draft" button.  By simply moving the "update draft" button to the bottom right of the panel this problem can be greatly reduced if not completely prevented.  The image attached demonstrates the suggested change.     ... It would be great to be able to view a report (or even a filtered view) of social media posts and sort by day or time posted, or by topic or tag in order to see what gets the best engagement. Is there a specific day or time that is working well? Is there consistently high engagement over time with one specific topic or a specific type of post (e.g. informative posts, webinar invites, or posts with a photo included)?   This is the type of feedback we can get on emails and CTAs. This would be really helpful information to have for social media posts as well.  ... Mehr anzeigen

UTM content issue. When using the SOME posting in Hubspot and adding a UTM content tag, the reports in the analytics module will only show the post ID when filtering by UTM content. This is not very user friendly and messes up the reporting. It also passes the post ID to Google Analytics rendering the data there useless as well. I have reached out to support and they say the social link shortening is working as expected and the utm_content parameter will automatically be changed to the HubSpot post ID. Great if this can change as the UTM content parameter is important for us in our reporting. ... Mehr anzeigen

If I try to do a re-post on LinkedIn post within Hubspot from a colleague, it does not contain the text content from the original post when I do a preview. The original post was not initiated from Hubspot. Is this possible to overcome? The answer from support is the limitation here exists because HubSpot posts to Linkedin through their API, and it doesn't include a preview of the post when done via API ... Mehr anzeigen

I love the batch social media upload function. I wish wish wish, I could go back and select multiple posts at once to edit. I will batch upload 15 posts and then need to make last minute edits to like 4 of them. Would be so cool to bring them all up at once! ALSO, would be cool to batch upload but assign different campaigns to each post rather than only having the option to tag all of them to one campaign. Thank you! ... Mehr anzeigen
