posting on behalf of a customer.    I would like to bring up two social media post function issues that usually make me switch to posting directly via LinkedIn and not through HubSpot:   1. The tag function (@...) can be improved. Most of the times, the picture of the searched profile is not showed. The profiles found don't match my search, and there are very few (wrong) results.   2. Pdfs are not accepted as media. For instance, LinkedIn carousels are great for ads or communications, however HubSpot only accepts png, jpg or image files. These are two important features of our social media post workflow and I really hope to see them improved. ...その他を表示

This would help social media managers or anybopdy posting/scheduling on the Social Media side. The goal would be that when we are scheduling a video reel for IG/FB/LinkedIn/etc, we have the ability to add colloboration as the new IG feature is allowing us to collab with other account. As well as, tagging/mentioning other accounts on the video itself instead of just typing out the @ mention in the social copy. They are a different type of tag when it comes out on social. Hi there!   Would it be possible to consider a social media sentiment and share of voice report for Marketing Hub with some form of hashtag and keyword tracking added to the current capability. Clients like the plug in with the monitoring tools but don't want to log between systems or pay more to access this information. They want to slim down their tech stacks. We have several blue chip clients that are interested in this but don't want to commit to HubSpot yet as they already plug it into their current reporting systems.    The organic mentions and insights in EMEA is a hook for the marketing teams here in South Africa especially as more and more clients are moving towards TikTok to sell.  ...その他を表示

It would be great to have a few additional features for marketing teams in the social media hub: Preview post: Right now if you click on a post it takes you to an editable version. It would be great to preview it without entering the editor, especially for sharing with a team before publishing.  Tag/assign post: For collaboration and/or review with marketing team members before sharing social media posts.  Access levels: Ability to grant wider team members (like the sales team) a view only access to preview posts and see what will be coming on social channels, without editing access.  ...その他を表示

Hi. The week viewer for social posts is not very good. Would it be possible to re-design this so we can see the content posted more visually instead of the focus on time. That's not as important as the content. Also! have a look at Brandwatch for referance. Their posting setup is great for inpiration for this.  PS: It should also be possible to chnage the CTA-button when sharing links (and image).
