Most other tools allow the planning of the Instagram grid so that there is coherence in the posts created and in the look and feel of the page.   Currently there is no option for a preview of what the grid on the Instagram profile would look like based on what is scheduled so far. ...read more

The impressions report does not include data from Twitter. I was not able to connect our Twitter Ads account on HubSpot. As a result, when producing our social media report monthly we have to manually login into all our Twitter accounts (we have 4 brands and a Twitter account for each brand) to pull out the stat. In addition, the fact that all the impressions received on Twitter and Twitter Ads aren't added to our HubSpot social media/Ads reports,  it might look like we are underperforming when looking at the HubSpot social media/Ads reports as these aren't accurate (missing both organic and paid impressions received on Twitter)  because of the features I'm requesting here aren't enabled. When we use the calendar function to drag to schedule/reschedule social posts, it clears the campaign information so that no campaign is associated with the post. It's problematic to have to reassign a campaign each time we reschedule social posts. The assigned campaign should stay with the post. ...read more
