When uploading images for social sharing, it would be awesome if we did not have to upload a separate image for each social platform since most of them have different size requirements.   The cropping tool should auto-crop any uploaded image to the idea size for whichever platform it is being posted on.   Possibly, it could then save each size separately in the file manager for future use. I am accustomed to using Sprout and Sprinklr. I do not see a place to find net new followers, the percentage change in followers; the sources of new followers; the engagement rate per post; the overall engagement rate of all posts within a time frame on a specific network, etc. I also want to know who engaged with our posts. HubSpot needs to have an approval process for Social Posts that send notifications for post approval to authorized users. User A drafts a post and submits it for approval User B gets a notification (email, slack, push, sms etc) that an approval is pending User B can approve or deny post ...read more

I setup a lot of bulk social for every blog post and every piece of content I create. I would like to be able to link a few different images, IDC if I have to upload them to hubspot first and then grab the hubspot specific link but some way it would be great to NOT need to go through 135 posts and attach an image.    I do know that you can setup the landing page to have a feature image but the same image repeating would be boring and robotic. Each network for social has different sizes that are suggested and I create canva images to fit each network. We'd like to throw an idea your way about adding a few things onto your social media hub.    It would make the hub a lot more practical if, we could trigger notifications to the owners of the contacts when they receive comments on their posts.    With the same effort, it would be handy to have the comments to pop up on the contacts timeline. ...read more

You're probably working on this already, but we'd like to have more options for displaying the data in the analytics tools.    Currently in the 'Totals' view, you can only see a cumulative number on the reports.
