Dear Team, In my social media posts the name of our products is automatically converted into a link! I don't know what to do!  Format is e.g. "lis.analytics"   Reply from Support:  As of right now anytime you write xyz.xyz it will automatically be turned into a hyperlink. As of right now there is no option to disable this. We have social post content that we would like to repeat on a reoccurring schedule; it would be great if HubSpot would allow us that when drafting a social post, we could set it to repeat the post on a regular schedule; has anyone achieved this?   Thanks in advance.   Neil ...その他を表示

Hello, has anyone solved the hubspot and social media problems? It would be great if messages such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Google Business were answered on the same platform.   Hubspot is not taking any steps on this issue!  I found a company that has integration with hubspot I am currently using a tool called exairon, you can add all social media accounts, send bulk WP messages, and also send individual template messages. You can also give automatic answers to your customers with ai. I wish hubspot brought this solution and we could solve all problems from a single platform. I wonder if anyone else supports this issue. Because most of my customers come from social media. It's a big comedy that Hubspot still hasn't found a solution to this in 2024. Can you plesae make it a feature to be able to schedule Instagram and Facebook reels and stories? I was using SproutSocial before the switch and I have to say they are better. There are definatly some lacking features in the social scheduling area.  Also, why is the option so buried to delete a post? This is possible but not convenient.  Lastly, I think an improvement on the calendar view would be amazing! I am scheduling 8 differents posts on a day and you can't preview these very easily. Even if you switch to day view, it's just not super user friendly to view scheduled posts in calendar view.    Thanks for considering! ...その他を表示

It's great that Hubspot has a tool for us to monitor all social media mentions across various platforms.  An idea I have is to add the same options that 'X' has for the other social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)   For 'X', you can currently monitor mentions, reposts and keywords.
