Great minds think alike

It makes complete sense for HubSpot to allow visual Instagram planning to be able to preview scheduled photos and videos allowing beautifully visual feeds. A function needs to be put in place for those who invest a lot of money into Hubspot to have this function made available to schedule posts or rearrange the order of posts by dragging and dropping. Our Facebook DMs are routed into our conversation inbox on Hubspot and we reply to them all from there. We've just realized that the messages aren't being marked as "opened" on Facebook itself, and when we go onto Facebook directly, it shows we have 50+ unread messages. This is bad for us as it "dings" us on FB as having poor response time, even though they've all been answered.   This is because there is no API call being made that syncs the 'read' status across the HubSpot Inbox and the Facebook DMs. Generally it would appear that most customers open the conversation within both platforms individually although the replies tend to be managed in HubSpot. It would be great to be able to shorten social posts prior to publishing them via HubSpot - especially for twitter where characters count.   Even a tool like bitly where you can shorten posts easily without it being related to the social tool would be great. ...read more

We have 100+ posts scheduled at any time.   I understand that you can filter scheduled posts by campaign but it would be useful to be able to search in more detail for specific post content, like you can in the 'publish' section.   This will enable us to find specific content within our campaigns. ...read more
